Taste, freshness, and cleanliness is off the chart AMAZING! The seafood never has that "fishy" smell which means it's been properly cleaned prior to cooking. I've been eating here since Baja Tacos opened. I totally recommend it. I've had just about everything on the menu and love their home made sauces they use to garnish the tacos! Love this place! It's locally owned & operated.
Stopped by yesterday for a fish taco. It was wonderful, perfect as is with just a little squeeze of lime. Will be back! Thank you!
Excellent Fish Tacos! If you’re looking for a food truck with an excellent and authentic atmosphere and flavor, this is the place for you. if your in the area and hungry I highly suggest this food truck Andrew the newly renovated building that’s now offering indoor dining as well as outdoor seating.
The tostada ceviche mixto was delicious. The shrimp and fish tacos are always good here too IMO.

Baja tacos, I remember this place when it was closer to downtown, but I had a craving for some fish tacos. Cause of my current situation, I was a little nervous but was immediately welcomed, enjoyed some of the best fish tacos I've ever had. Perfect crispness, favor was on point, I will be returning. We've been getting fish tacos at the Baja Truck on Prince for over a decade. They are always about perfect. Out the door for under $10. Two each is plenty. We've tried a few menu items & have always been happy. Idiotic people complained about their outdoor seating during the political fear mongering of rona..shut them down for awhile... thankfully they weathered the storm. Many places didn't make it. We ate there recently & it was wonderful. We are always willing to go back.
The tacos are delicious, I basically go there every Friday for lunch. My favorite is the spicy shrimp taco.
This place has some of the best and freshest fish tacos in town. Super nice employees. Don't let the truck and out door seating detour you. They now have indoor seating where it is cool. Still awesome tacos very delicious.
Best fish tacos I've found in a long time!!! I stopped by to grab a taco while a was waiting for a bus and ended up wishing I bought two! $4 per taco but two tacos would be very filling. The sauce was amazing and flavorful and it was all ready in 1 minute. I finished my taco before the bus showed up. Highly recommend!
Really good Baja style fish tacos and Mexican shrimp ceviche at this clean no frills food truck with seating.
Came To Tucson instead of fast food fast real food. Fish tacos are great and shrimp on point!
