I am from Dallas and visiting Tucson on business. While driving, saw this restaurant and visited because Dallas doesn’t have any restaurant with this name. I came here around 6 PM and found that there are almost no customers. I was thinking of leaving but decided since I’m already in so let me try.
We had smoked Tri Tip, Ribs, pasta salad, coleslaw, macaroni and dog friendly atmosphere. The service is friendly and family oriented. French fries are worthy of a sinful deviance from your Atkins diet! Looking forward to this Saturday's relaunch!

We visited Fire and Smoke because we have tried just about every pizza restaurant on Tucson's east side. We built our own pizza and we're very happy with the results. Everything here was great! Normally we get pizza (which is always cooked to perfection!) but this time my dad got BBQ, the ribs were amazingly tender and he got a side om macaroni and cheese and it was the best mac and cheese I have ever tasted!
