Nice little spot for sushi. Their menu is affordable and the sushi is pretty good. This place would make a great lunch spot. I had their bento box and it was delicious. The restraunt itself was very calm and the service was great. Our waitress was very genuinely nice and sweet.
The sushi here is excellent, so tasty and fresh! Far and away the best Philly Roll I've had in this city thus far. Yes, it's easily better than Yoshimatsu's sushi offerings right down the street. This is definitely a spot that my girlfriend and I will be returning to just for the sushi. But that's not where it ends, the ramen here is great too!
The only thing that may effect your experience with the broth is the inclusion of sweet corn. While I do enjoy it, if you don't eat it right away it will change the flavor of the broth, making it a bit sweet. The pork in the ramen is excellent, and easily my favorite part of the dish aside from the perfectly cooked egg. The ramen here would without a doubt be in the running for Tucson's best.

I really wish more people knew about this restaurant, so I'm doing my best to spread the word. If you're on the fence about trying it, don't be!
Best Sushi restaurant in Tucson! And yes, I agree it’s an understatement. I don’t think I’ve had one thing I did not like. Recommend to try the Seis Avenida Roll, Bear Down Roll & the Tootsie Roll. However, you can never go wrong with the classics either. Bento boxes, House Rice and pretty much all noodle dishes are to die for. Their Ramen is also on another level, again, probably the best in town. This place has it all, delicious food AND amazing service. Not once has either disappointed. We love eating here, because of the food and the people. Thank you for always being so kind! 👏💛
Service is always great. The California rolls are a bit on the dry side, they need more avacado and more crab meat and less cucumber. The lunch bento with gyoza and teriyaki chicken was great though. I would visit again and try something different.
K Japanese is a laid back comfortable atmosphere to enjoy some straight forward Japanese food. The staff is always friendly and the portions are great for the price. I have had ramen here as my main meal several times. The tonkatsu broth isn't the richest most flavorful, but it is good and they serve it up with lots of noodles (which I love!). Their ramen is served Sapporo style. The sushi is also good. Worth a visit.

My pork was so perfectly crunchy. The nigiri was a good proportion of fish and rice.

The cucumber that was decoration unfortunately was a little Browning.
Miso wasnt the most amazing, but was still pretty good. Too me it was a little sour?
We visit K sushi once a month or so. Service is friendly and helpful with answering questions. The sushi is quite good but my favorite menu item is the ramen. Ask for it spicy if you like heat! Pair it with a bottle of sake for a fantastic meal.
If you prefer quiet go during the week between 3p - 5p. If you like a more active environment they definitely pick up for dinner service around 7p.

The ramen was very delicious, we got the char sui and pork tonkatsu. Tempura ice cream was made very well as well. Definitely a place that deserves to be patronized!
