This delightful cafe is now on my Go To list of places to go eat whenever I visit the VA Medical Center. The food is good and wholesome...the portions are generous...and the prices are reasonable. The server we had was cheerful and attentive. We also like the atmosphere and the cheerful camaraderie we observed between the servers and obviously regular, if not daily regular customers to this fine little café....which wasn't surprising. We will definitely return. 😋😁

The menu reminds me of the ones from the 70s. Hot roast beef sandwiches and mashed potatoes, and delicious chicken fried steak. Yummy comfort foods.

Customer service and food are always amazing. I used to go to places like this with my parents as a kid, now I’m doing the same with my kids! Highly recommended

Amazing service and amazing food at a reasonable price. I got the chicken fried chicken breakfast with biscuits and gravy instead of toast and it was delicious

I haven’t been here in years. It’s still very good food! Just a down home cafe with great comfort food! The gravy for the fried steaks and biscuits is awesome! I came with 3 other family members. All our food arrived hot, at the same time, and just like we ordered it. Note: For parties of more than 4 it might be a little tricky on a weekend.

The people are what makes this place special. The food is your standard diner with some mexican flavor. The coffee was the best diner coffee I've ever had. This place seems to have regulars who the staff know by name. They made me feel very welcome and at home. I'd like to go back soon.
