A nice, cute little Dunkin' located on the U of A campus. It features all the standard Dunkin' fare; coffees, drinks, donuts, bagels, etc. There are a few tables inside, but it's mostly a grab-and-go-type place. Parking is available nearby. Overall, a good location to go for all your Dunkin' favorites!

Duncan Donuts isn’t too bad at all. The coffee in my opinion is pretty good. You can’t go wrong. I’d rather Duncan than Starbucks. The latte with a shot of caramel is my favourite. 👍😊 I tried the sausage breakfast bowl for the first time. Though I found it tasty the price for the amount didn’t fit. It was a small portion for the amount paid.

Fresh Donuts and Friendly Staff. They run out quick so get there early! This place in particular is a small store, which shares the store with the BaskinRobins. Nonetheless, pretty small selection and small seating area.

Very clean, friendly staff, and an overall nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee with a friend. We actually walked in with coffee from another location because they had two opened yet and the staff had no problem allowing us to sit in their area and relax. We ordered a couple things to eat and additional coffees there as well.

Excellent service! We were walking past with our dog and decided to get a donut but realized we had forgotten masks! The employee noticed and kindly provided one to my fiance so he could go inside and get a donut. It was a very considerate thing to do! Thank you!

I go to this Dunkin all the time! The staff is super friendly and speedy. They can make any kind of coffee you'd like. Only downside is that it's too small to make the donuts in house so they deliver them to the store every morning

Came in for munchkins for my friend for his birthday and even though they didn't have the kind he specifically wanted, they had a large variety of them and were well-stocked and the employee was very courteous and gave me a special since they didnt have what I needed. The woman running the counter was both knowledgable and fast and made sure I had everything I needed amd even wrote my friend happy birthday on the box. Extremely pleased!

👌 lady there was really nice the only thing that you have to worry about is that the pigs (cops/police) frequently go there I don't know if it's because of the donuts or the coffee but steer clear
