This place has been a regular stop for me for years. The carne asada tacos are perfect, the salsa is fire and it is on the side of the road. Perfect lunch pit stop.
Absolutely incredible! I heard this was the best food truck in Tucson and I can see why. The carne asada tacos were fabulous. I loved that some of the steak was a little crispy. And 6 tacos for $15 can’t be beat.
Lunch as I was working in the area. Food truck with outdoor folding tables and chairs. Provides napkins, green and red salsas. Ordered asada burrito. Stuffed full of delicious, tender meat. Definitely would visit again.
Visited this place as it was close to the airport and our hotel, was visiting from Houston, searched for a top rated place to eat at and I am glad to say that this establishment did not disappoint. The food quality is there, the place although out side; is super clean. The taste most importantly is full of rich flavors and whatever they cook here they cook it right, they also have assorted agua fresca options. I have to say that I was impressed by the Tucson food scene.

Some of the best tasting burritos in Tucson. There's outdoor seating with shade, and your food comes fast. Try their carne asada burrito and add some of their avocado sauce. Sometimes there's a roadrunner that hangs around the area.

We eat here every few weeks. It is always amazing. Best taco truck in town. Some of our co-workers are working from home now and still drive across town to eat here. I usually always get the carne asada, which is always perfectly juicy. I tried the Birria Torta and it was excellent. Plenty of meat and very juicy.
The best taco truck in town. My favorite used to be el nene, but their prices went up and quality is sometimes not as good when it used to be super consistent. Taqueria Rositas is everything I want- a correctly priced taco, simple, consistent, and I love eating al fresco under the mesquite trees
Just visiting and had to look up real Mexican food. The tacos are phenomenal, the tortillas are just tasty, the carne asada and cabeza are juicy and delicious. Quick service and again, delicious tacos.
