Breakfast is definitely great here. 8:30 am and was not to busy. Had the crepes breakfast and sampler.
I like IHOPs, I really do. Simple, American fare in a family restaurant setting. As a matter of fact, my brother, wife, and I chose to eat there for Thanksgiving specifically so we wouldn't have to deal with dinner cleanup or with leftovers in the refrigerator.

I have never had a bad experience at IHOP. This visit was no exception. As a Veteran, I am particularly appreciative of the Manager's decision to extend the time frame for offering their Red, White and Blue Pancakes Special on Veteran's Day. They were DELICIOUS pancakes 🥞 😋
Not gonna lie, everytime we come here its pretty horrible. Though when Nicole is working? Best service ever. Absolutely love her and her smile. She brings us back each time.
I really can't remember my wife's name but this IHOP on Grant road is probably the best one in town it's the most friendly. The one out by the freeway too many drunks go there and I can't take my dog in cuz they don't like it apparently well my dog has better manners than most of them drunks anyway.
Walked in during the late breakfast rush and sat down at a clean table immediately. The waitress was training someone, so it was nice to have double the attention. Food came out hot n fresh. Coffee was fresh.
My only complaint is that my sausage was undercooked after I requested it be well done. Pancakes were fantastic as always. Our server was on the ball and I wish I had asked his name. Overall I will still recommend IHOP
Surprisingly, this visit unlike before went extremely well service was great. Food was fresh and hot and tasted delicious this location was awesome
We have always loved IHOP for breakfast, but especially for "breakfast for dinner"!! The crepes are our favorites (Mom likes the original, I love the strawberry🍓glazed ones) but their eggs/omelets🥚, pancakes🥞, waffles🧇bacon🥓, & sausage are also good options for us.☕️

The food is always so good, it's hard to decide what to order. The waiter was attentive and patient and asked if we wanted more of anything, I'm new in town and this will be a regular place to eat for me.
This is one of the best restaurants in this area for moderate prices and delicious food. Service is always good and friendly. I enjoy it here.
