This is a great casual restaurant with a sports bar vibe. You will likely come in for the great beer choices but the food is the real star here. Burgers are of course great as is the pizza, but have the chef whip up some Jambalaya if you have some sense of adventure! Owners Jon and Melissa know how to run a great place and our bartender/server (kaylyn) was awesome. I esp like how they also support local charities like More Than a Bed, which helps out local foster families!

We found ourselves far out near Catalina Highway and decided it was time to eat. Diane found this place online and we were close.
The wait staff was friendly and swift. I ordered the rib eye French dip with onion rings and she had the mushroom burger with rings too. Some how swift did not translate to accurate because I got fries. The mistake was fixed but they came kind of doughy. This was a big letdown as Diane, bless her heart, was generous enough to give me a couple of hers. They were very good, crispy and savory.
The meal, otherwise, was good, the portions generous. Diane said her burger was a bit dry, but not too much.
Stop in Risky Business if you are out in the far northeast side of town. It's easy to find and there is ample parking.

Amazing french fries and sandwiches! Best french fries in Tucson! Super friendly staff. Patio has awesome view of Catalina mountain.

Great neighborhood spot. My dad is a regular here so we visit Risky pretty much every time I am in town. Good drinks & good food.

My wife and decided on a whim to stop here and eat. This was our first visit and I have to say it was not bad at all.
The food was delicious. The service was very good. The atmosphere was alright, but nothing bad at all.
The prices seemed higher than they should be, but everything seems that way these days.
I would rather have lower price with smaller portions but know seems to see it that way.
We will definitely return to this establishment. I can also recommend you give it a try and see for yourself.

Update 2022: We visit regularly and love it. There were a couple months where the food/service suffered at the height of Covid, however they have rebounded to be better than ever. The food has been really fantastic lately and we love seeing the familiar faces of the employees.
2020: First time customer at Risky Business. We are purchasing a house in the area and I stopped to pick up a lunch order to-go for myself and our friend/realtor. We each ordered a salad and loved them. I had the chopped chicken with smoked ranch. Amazing! My friend ordered the harvest chicken salad and she loved hers as well. The gentleman who took the phone order was very polite and even waited a few minutes to put the order in so it would be fresh when I arrived. I walked right up to the bar and the bartender was happy to complete the payment while she checked on the order. There were several tvs with various sports on, and a large dining area promoting social distancing. Theres a large parking lot as well and the business is easy to access. Looks like an impressive local beer and wine selection! If all goes smoothly and we close on the new house, we will definitely be regulars here. Picture is of the chopped chicken salad.

This restaurant was extremely clean. It even had that clean smell. Smelled like lemons. The service was outstanding. They were very attentive. Our waitress answered any questions we had about the menu. The chef was extremely attentive to my needs. He was able to make all the substitutions taste great. My husband and I went on a Friday night to meet another couple for supper after work. We got there about 6pm and it was pretty busy. Luckily our friends were already there or we would have had to wait. They were really busy. The woman who had our table was really, really good. We hadn't seen our friends in awhile so we were talking a lot. The waitress acted like it was no bother to come back a few times. I had the coconut shrimp and it was pretty good. My husband had the fish and chips. He said it was okay. The pieces were kinda small, but good 👍.

I've eaten here 4-5 times recently, including pick-up. The food is excellent and the service is outstanding! No matter what you order, it's all so great, they have an amazing chef and staff here! And the french fries are THE best in all of Tucson, so light and airy and crispy. I've never tasted anything like it. You will end up taking food home with their generous portions. I really like the "neighborhood atmosphere" here, everyone is so friendly and helpful. They even go out of their way to accommodate their patrons. Be sure and Ask for Jack, he is awesome, pays attention to every little detail, and the friendliest guy you'd ever want to meet!! You've got to come check this place out, it's my new go to place!!!
