Loved this small, open-air restaurant. Service was friendly, prices reasonable, and food was excellent. Plenty of unique dishes to order, and the salsas are available from mild to hot and everything in between. The location is interesting. There are several buildings with murals close by to Rollies. We will definitely be back.

There are a lot of mexican dishes which I have never tried before here ! They are all great ! You can tell its a good local joint, the place is packed even its in the middle of nowhere. The decor are cute too !

Stopped in with my wife for a quick lunch. I had Nana’s tacos with a side of beans and she had steak tacos - both were tasty and hit the spot! Her dairy and gluten allergies were no big deal, a huge plus for us. She had a mixed-from-scratch margarita, a huge plus for her! Alao, we were able to bring our dog, either on the patio or inside - another big plus!

This place is the truth. Stopped here on a recent trip to Tucson and trust me I'm bringing friends the next time I come. The host was so attentive, the food out of this world and the patio seating combined with the beautiful Tucson weather made this east coast peach feel like she was getting a second summer. Definitely try the birria pizzadilla and the super fries. And remember to wash it down with a watermelon 'rita with the most delicious paleta and the chamoy sauce on the rim.

Outstanding birria; we got chicken (also delicious) rolled tacos and flat birria enchiladas. Note these are traditional Sonoran flat enchiladas on masa patties, not tortillas. Conveniently located near the airport. Highly recommended.

In the picture, you see 2 of the Birria Rollies and a Birria Burrito. Napkins beware! The birria was incredibly juicy and punch your taste buds! The four different sauces each provide a unique flavor profile to transform each bite into a different experience. This place is slightly hidden in-between 2 business, but don't let it deter you from coming! A must try place to add to your bucket list and bring about $15/person for your experience.

This is a casual interesting restaurant. It has the feel of eating outside on your patio just like I did as a kid growing up in this neighborhood. The food is good & reasonably priced. You stand in line to order then the food is brought to your table. The staff is super friendly & accommodating. They were awarded Best Birria for several years in a row.

Rollies was phenomenal.
They made excellent recommendations for what to try as a first timer in the restaurant. The food came quickly and was hot and extremely delicious.
The restaurant was clean and orderly. The only con is that their parking lot does not have room for a lot of cars, but it is DEFINITELY worth it to eat here!

Unbelievably delicious! The staff was so nice and made some amazing recommendations. The margaritas and the Birria tacos were some of the best ive ever had. When in Tucson you should absolutely give Rollies a try. You won't regret it.
