This is my absolute favorite place on University. The interior is beautiful, the atmosphere is cozy, service is great, and the teas are delicious.
I love stopping by to just get a tea and go, but staying in to study is also one of the best things to do here. It's so easy to focus on my work with a nice cup of tea and forget about the world in this shop.
I've made it a goal to try a new tea every day, but my personal favorites so far are the House Black and Raspberry Rose. Just don't get carried away and drink too much! This is probably the only place where I've liked the drinks so much that I made myself sick by having too many 😅.
The refill system is too good to resist. The first is paid (at a lower price than the original drink), and the second refill is free. So you can have three drinks for what I'm pretty sure would be just one at a different shop. I visited so many times at this point that I actually ended up buying a reusable cup for yet another discount.
My only complaint is that the snack options aren't very good, but for their drink quality and the wonderful attitude the baristas have, it's not a big issue for me. If I'm staying, it's to study, and I've usually already eaten at one of the dozens of places nearby since it's in a really good area.
If you're in the area or starting school, make sure to stop by here, you won't regret it.
Omg I’m so happy I found this place! The tea is absolutely delicious! I tried two different ones and I had to go back (the same day) and I got one of their Fall specials SO YUMMY! I don’t live in Tucson was just there for work from NYC but I can’t wait to go back just to visit here lol
It's always a treat to stop by Scented Leaf. I love the wide variety of tea they have on offer, both hot steeped, and cold brew on tap. I can always find a taste to satisfy my palette.
Love the tea here and that you can get refills. You pay for the first refill, second is free. A bunch of iced teas on taps and even more teas made to order. Loads of incentive drinks that change with the seasons too. Hard to find a place to sit at this location though as it's always full of students.
I love coming here on my study days or even stopping by. Costumer service is always the best. I almost always end up ordering with the same man, so sorry I don’t know his name but he is such a vibe always has a smile. I asked for a sangria gusher and sadly they didn’t have anymore sangria but he said he will be able to whip me up something similar and it was sooo good the drink was a 9/10 wish there was names to it so i can oder it again! Love this place so much.
Best tea shop in town, hands down! Half-priced refill and then one free-fill after that for tap teas. Great study environment! They have a few board games too if you're looking to hang out with friends and casually play while you sip. Almost everything I've tried has been good. A little out of my way, but I make a trip over there some weekends each month.
I'm a self proclaimed tea snob and I absolutely love The Scented Leaf. Their tea is high quality, delicious and there are so many varieties. Their Earl Grey Creme is my favorite.
If their tea isn't enough to earn a top rating, their service absolutely is. All their staff are so genuinely friendly and helpful (at both locations) and it's hard not to stop have a full conversation with them. When I had a preference issue with a tea I had ordered, I received a personal response less than 30 minutes after reaching out to them and Kieri went far beyond expectations to make it right (which again was only my preference and not allowing they did wrong).
I'll stay a faithful customer as long as I can!
Super amazing service everyone is so friendly! They do Wednesday fun nights every month! The refills are a major plus (and a pick me up!) they have fun flavors and are always available to answer any questions you have. The drinks are so yummy I go at least 3x a week. The vibes are so awesome with the green velvet chairs and plants and various vistas on the tv! The music is always banging for studying and just hanging out. Definitely a must go when you’re visiting and if you live here how haven’t you visited it already! :)
As a student I love this place for a refreshing drink and a sweet place to sit and relax. It’s always very busy but worth the wait for a cloud tea, London fog, or chai tea.
Cozy spot to have top quality tea by the university - the seatings are quite hipster! Wifi speed is pretty strong for Zoom needs. Five stars!
