The food is absolutely amazing! This little Mexican restaurant deserves more traffic than it’s getting. I can’t wait to go back for more. The parking is a little confusing, but it doesn’t stop the great experience. I had to keep asking for chips and salsa because it was so delicious. Definitely homemade. I wanted to try the chilaquiles but went with a different option. I have to come back and try it next time.

Came here for breakfast. They serve the menu all day. I ordered the menudo. It comes in a clear broth. With toppings like lime, onions and cilantro.
I asked for a hot sauce and the wonderful lady working recommended a hot pepper.
The food came with salsa and chips. Wow. So unassuming. Delicious!!!! And a nice heat that comes through at the end.
Hidden gem.

I'd been here years ago when it was an Italian Food restaurant. The website pictures are great. The was pretty good and I think ill be back to try a few other items on the menu. If you are looking to get a fast lunch, the service and food served was very fast. Ill give it 4 stars based on the salsa.

Pozole rojo was excellent today. Perfect ratio of corn/hominy, pork, and broth. The spices they use in the broth are phenomenal as well. I'm conducting a project right now to review all the restaurants offering pozole in Tucson. What a great place to try it! Also I like that you can pay with the QR code on the receipt if dining in.

This was a quick lunch stop before my drive to Phoenix. Stopped into Benny's and had their Sonoran red chili burrito. It was packed full of meat and very good. In hindsight I should have gotten some sides to go with it as it was a little too one note in taste but it was very good. The salsa and chips were excellent.

Oh these guys were absolutely fabulous it's a small little restaurant kind of out of the way but the food was amazing everything we got including service was fabulous A+ ..Went with my son his girlfriend and the kids had an absolutely fabulous meal highly highly recommended price was very far..

I always like to treat myself after church and I was craving enchiladas with rice and beans mind you I'm real picky with my enchilada sauce and my rice I can't tell u how many places I've gone and they just aren't good well here at bennys they did AMAZING even more than what i was expecting service was great i rate the Mexican lady working sundays at 11am a 10++ she speaks great Spanish understands my English shes so nice and i didnt have much of a wait at all even on a busy Sunday... I ordered a horchata which was big in size I didn't need a refill I recommend this restaurant to any one looking for a GREAT Mexican meal

First time coming to Bennys for pozole and got the best bowl by far. Asked for oregano and crushed pepper and the waitress brought out a tiny bowl for oregano and a grinding block for the crushed peppers. Real authentic in my opinion, best dam pozole ever! I’ve been to many other restaurants that serve pozole and none come close to the experience I had here.

Chips are fresh, warm and slightly sweet. The food came out fast and was nicely prepared. I will have to return and try other entries. We had the soft tacos and the chile rellenos. The food only gets better each time. This small spot is not fancy do not pass up a chance to eat here.

Simple place...Some reviews suggest you don't get chips and salsa but they do come right after your drink. And the salsa was delicious! Salsa and hot sauce were clearly made fresh, so good I asked for more. Everything else was alright, typical barbacoa tacos pretty good. Standard rice and beans. I left satisfied and the only watress was doing a great job. Seemed a little over priced for what it was but the salsa made it worth while and I live down the road so no complaints!
