Truly found the coolest lil Coffee shop that CAN!! Warm, friendly and so delicious!! Cold brews, pastries, bagged beans from Ethiopia, Mexico, Guatemala, Kenya Burundi & they even have same boxes. One word GO!
Well, what a wonderful find (thanks Google!). Fantastic coffee - milk perfectly stretched, microfoam on pointe , blend very very smooth. Amazing service, too. Keep up the amazing work guys. Hope to see you again before we leave town.
It’s surprising to find super high quality coffee nestled in a suite of mostly industrial businesses, but that’s what Yellow Brick Coffee is providing! Just a convenient swing off the Julian Wash greenway, I’m so glad we paused our morning bike ride for a quenching, foamy cold brew (with Oatly, the best oatmilk) and one of the most transformative donuts I’ve ever tasted in my life. I think it had a lemon ricotta filling? I wish I could explain to you how uniquely incredible this donut was, but I just can’t. You have to try it yourself. Every other filled donut I’ve ever had pales in comparison.
What a sweet hidden gem! I came here because I had seen their coffee in a grocery store and saw they were local so I wanted to visit them in person. The atmosphere is very quaint and cozy which I enjoy for a coffee shop. The person who helped me was very kind and accommodating when I asked her recommendations on the coffee beans I should buy. One thing to note about Yellow Brick is all of their coffee is either medium to light roast. So if you prefer a darker bean, this may not be the shop for you. However, I went with the Honduras (which is one of their darkest roasts) upon the baristas’ recommendation and I was not lead astray! Places like these remind me how important it is to stay and support local shops. Long Live Yellow Brick Coffee!
Matcha latte was absolutely delicious and the space is stylish and full of natural lighting. However, there were a CRAZY amount of gnats flying around, landing on me and other customers, my table and other tables, in my drink -- the barista replaced my drink for me after a gnat landed in it, but I still would not come back due to the gross gnat situation.
I’ve been into this shop a few times and each time has brought a smile to my face. The coffee menu is basic but phenomenal! They do sell some teas if that is your thing. The staff is well informed, very friendly, and simply amazing. Each time I’ve been in I’ve run into J, and Adam who i assume are the owners of the shop, or at least they are the main management. Today i ran into Teagan, who is new, i assume, but just as amazing as the rest of the team. The place is small, but very clean, fun, and relaxing. I would say this is a nice place to hang out for awhile, talk with some friends, or sit and study. They even have a very comfortable couch! Although the shop is in a very strange area, it worth a visit if you are in the area!
Yellow Brick has the best cold brew and coffee that you can buy in town. Hands down this is the place to be, a coffee oasis. I have had their coffee in the shop and from the farmer’s market and it has always been amazing. I love the environment, once you walk in you will feel at home and welcomed. The attached photo is from their anniversary event back in 2019. Their bourbon barrel aged coffee is better so smooth and perfect it makes me cry remembering the taste. The people who work here are all beautiful souls and when I leave Tucson when I graduate I will miss this coffee shop the most.
Cool little place to get fresh ground coffee.
Very good craft Cortado! Perfect taste.
And after 2years great again:)
The people who work there (and who hang out for their own coffee!) are super nice and welcoming. I’m a huge coffee nerd and absolutely loved looking at and learning about all of their coffees and coffee sourcing. Great pastries from a local bakery and my fav - peppermint mocha!
