My sister, boyfriend and I had dinner here. We were seated quickly and chips, a smokey/vinegary salsa and cheesy bean dip were delivered. The chips were well cooked and nicely salted. The salsa and bean dip were delicious! We were served our drinks and ordered. I had the steak taco platter, my bf had the fried fish taco platter and my sister had the shrimp culichi. The rice had corn in it, which I'm not accustomed to, but enjoyed. The beans were smokey and tasted like they had some sort of pork in them. The tacos, both the fish and steak were awesome. The tacos come with two corn tortillas vs just one, so they don't disintegrate when you pick them up. I tasted my sister's culichi sauce- very cheesy and delicious.
I enjoyed everything and had enough leftovers for lunch ther next day!!
The staff was incredibly friendly. The server was a bit slow when we were finished eating. I got up to ask for a to go box. The service was great otherwise. I will definitely be back!

I love the food. The waitresses are always very disrespectful. But I love the tacos more then I hate the waitresses. They are always so rude. But then when that sweet, yummy, crispy fish taco arrives at my table and the waitress leaves a am in a little piece of heaven. My husband and I love having lunch here on Fridays.

Their food is very good especially their fish tacos. It is a very clean place and family friendly. They do have bathrooms. Staff is friendly as well and it's good service. Would come again for the fish tacos đ. I gave only 4 stars because the place is a little small, but if you are a night freak like me it won't be a problem.

Tasty food, relaxed atmosphere, good prices, friendly, polite, and helpful service. The menu is laud out in a predictable order and the font is big enough to easily read along with pictures for several of the dishes. The food comes out like the picture believe it or not unlike other restaurants. Large TVâs around the seating area and at the bar. Their fish tacos and burros are top notch.

This place is the best fish taco in Tucson, and seriously one of the best fish tacos I've ever had. The sides are great too! Very friendly, clean restaurant.
Hot tip: get your tacos to go and make your way a short distance to Dragoon brewing. Booya!

I am so happy Mr Baja fish moved into my neighborhood! Nevertheless, I would drive across town for their fish tacos. I crave them! Gilled is better than crispy. Lots of perfectly grilled onions and bell peppers and the sauce is out of this world. Creamy and mildly spicy. They have drive through, which I do a lot. There aren't many places you can do drive-through with gluten-free food! French fries are crispy and you get lots! If you go into the restaurant, it has a comfortable family restaurant atmosphere, a lot nicer than what you'd think from the outside building which looks like a regular fast-feed joint. When you are seated you get fresh, hot tortilla chips (excellent!) and a bean salsa in addition to a nice hot one. That bean also is also something I crave. Full bar. Happy hour. Friendly service. Happy me!

Phenomenally FANTASTIC! Amazing oysters on the half shell! The food was fantastic, fresh, and fun! Everything looked just as it did on the menu. Service was fast, friendly, and the restaurant was immaculate. If you love seafood, this is the place to go. Best bang for your buck!

I rarely give reviews (and should give them more often), but between the very good food and awesome customer service, I HAVE to give a review. My husband and I just came into town and this place was about to close and while most places might give poor service and bad food if you came in at 8:53pm (while they were due to close at 9pm)...ALL the employees were super friendly and the cook delivered perfect food- the fish tacos were yummmmy!! ...nice fresh veggies in the tacos with some type of delicious sauce. Our waitress/server (I believe had red hair) and she was the sweetest person with the best service.
We noticed that all of the employees seemed happy, got along with each other and/or either liked their work environment, that's our guess. This obviously affects how you treat your customers. Whatever is being done, KEEP DOING IT because we were happy customers on 11/30/17. (Sooo tempted to go back before we leave town tomorrow afternoon). Very nice experience just getting into town-thank you.

I absolutely love this place. My family and I eat here all the time. Both sit down and carry out/drive thru. I eat her at least once a week! Everyone that I've sent over has loved it as well! They are super friendly, attentive and quick! The food is delicious! I have yet to try something bad!

I had one of the worst experiences here, the food was good but the service was horrible. Over an hour for our food, we asked for extra sauce 4 times and crackers that never came. And after talking to the waiter all she did was giggle with her coworkers and her excuse was "we're too busy". Will not recommend based on this experience and will not come back.

This is by far the best seafood I have had in Tucson, and the service is very friendly, fast, and the cheesecake.....! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves seafood/Mexican food!

Just got home from my first time at Mr. Baja Fish. I had the Battered Fish Taco plate. The fish was perfect, no grease draining from it, cabbage, not lettuce...the fish and tacos were perfect. The refried beans were home-made and the rice was simple and great. This will easily be a place I'll be eating at a couple of nights a week.

The one on 12th was horrible!!!! They didn't get our orders right!!! The service sucked!! And the food was whatever!!! Better off going to mariscos or casa Valencia!!! But I will give them credit on the micheladas they were bomb!!! Sorry to say that was the only thing bomb!!!

Our food was amazing and the servers were great and on Christmas Eve no less. We both had fish dishes and they were possibly the most authentic and delicious we have eaten out of Mexico and the price was good too. Our kids live in Tucson so we will be back when were in town.
The margaritas were great as well for restaurant made but not as good as mine but we still had two of them.
