Cafe Santa Rosa - Tucson - Photo album

Weird menu but we were both pleased with our entrées. I got a Indian taco with red chili 8/10 & he got a green chili chimi 8/10, portions were super big for the price. The chips were also fresh fried & came out hot with a spicy garlicy salsa which definitely earns bonus points in my book 10/10 but t
Great place for fry bread (popovers). My favorite was the red chile popover. Enough even for the hardiest of appetites. The tortillas are not the usual flour types, could not place the flavor but definately good.
The portions are huge in this place. I got the red chile frybread with beans. I ate the whole thing, so it was pretty good. I was just hoping for more flavor from the chile. I have had some frybread in Tucson where the flavor just popped. I can't honestly say the same about this one. Overall, good v
this is one of my favorite places but today was a little off. too many flies around our booth. the flat enchiladas parts of them were hard. normally I love this spot but today it's a 3.5 for me.
The service went above and beyond. The service was super friendly and always aware of our needs. The food was very tasty and different to the type of food that I m used to. The restaurant was very clean and organize. The Indian Taco is a most to try and this will be a perfect place to do it. I will
A great local spot for breakfast! The portions - enormous and delicious. Couldn’t even come close to finishing as you can see. The fry bread with chorizo and eggs? I’m in heaven! So glad we stopped. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Glad we found this gem on our girls trip! A must stop on your
Attended a wedding reception and the place was a perfect size for the event. The food was prepared by the Cafe and it was very delicious! What a great celebration!
The customer service was great. The food was amazing. A couple things that I didn't enjoy was that they serve orange juice in a small kids cup instead of a regular sized cup. Yet, they served the water in a regular sized cup...weird...Also, when you order any fried bread (pop over), it comes almost
All I can say is that I have never found another restaurant to compare to Cafe Santa Rosa. Very unique and distinct in its menu and presentation. We had to make two visits during our stay in Tucson just because we were so impressed. Amazing food...and the cinnamon tea is life-changing.
Ridiculously delicious fry bread and Native American/Mexican dishes like the tasty flat enchiladas and the scrumptious Indian taco. So much meat and fresh veggies- you eat and eat, but still have some to enjoy tomorrow at lunch. Must come back to Tucson if only to eat here!
Just finished our meal. The service was fantastic! The Popovers were wonderful. We had the Green Chili tacos, mine without beans. My cinnamon iced tea was amazing. We had the mini popovers for dessert and they did not disappoint. Visiting from Phoenix, but might need to make a special trip down jus
Exceptionally tasting Mexican food. Authentic! The popovers "Indian Fried Bread" are delicious. Makes my mouth water just thinking of them.
This place is absolutely delicious. This is my definite go to place for hard shell, crunchy tacos, and or a beautiful presentation of a Native American dish called popovers I can have these just sugar style with powder or loaded like a taco customer service there is always on point front desk staff
Beautiful scenery, very peaceful. Great customer service. This one kid ran back and forth for us to get stuff more than enough times and was very patient and charismatic. Food took a little bit to come out, but when the food is authentic and as good as it was, they can take as long as they need. God
If I could leave more than 5⭐️, I would. They are so attentive, friendly, and OMG their food is AWESOME! Thank you Dominique 💙 😊 for being so attentive and super nice to us! I sat in a booth with clients and ordered my burrito to go. Best breakfast burrito I had in years!
Interesting place, popular with locals, which matters a lot. The dishes are more Native American than Mexican American, which is nice. The fry bread's were fluffy and light, almost no grease. Fresh ingredients on top were excellent and very flavorful. One young man did take offense to folks, intru
Over 2000 miles from home .. i stopped in for a bite, a drink and of course college football… Everything about this place is top of the line … atmosphere great , food better , hospitality and service even better… The barmaid …Faith is incredible (pretty too😋).. But what really made my experience so
