The Karichimaka is where you go when you want authentic Mexican food, great, kind service & great atmosphere! They are a lil pricey but the proportions you get may last you a whole extra meal. The food is...to...die...for! A lot of love goes into their food & you can taste it in every bite! Karichimaka is usually busy but that's only because they have the best food, service & atmosphere. I recommend to all.

We waited an extremely long time for our food at lunch. We were a large group, but we had made a reservation several weeks in advance, so they should have been prepared for us. We watched many people who were seated after us get their food way ahead of us. When the food finally arrived, it was well prepared, tasty, and served warm.

Always great food and servers treat you like family. Have been going to Karichimaka since the 70s and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is great, and food is always plentiful and hot when served. There isn't one thing on their menu not worth trying, and I have tried them all. A great place for your first date dining pleasure.

This is our number 1 place to go. We've been coming here for years. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The food is so very good. Never have we had a bad meal. The service is great. Gene is our waiter most of the time but the other times have been such great experiences. You guys are awesome! Keep up the great atmosphere, service and fun!

It's very relaxing and comfortable inside. The servers attended us immediately. They were polite and understanding. The food was also very good. They didn't rush us to leave when we were finished eating. The restrooms were very clean and kept up. There was plenty of parking. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely go again.

When I first attempted to eat here, it was closed for a bit, and I'm glad I went back because it was a great meal. Chips and salsa are standard in any Mexican restaurant, but I swear, their salsa was the best I've ever tasted. I kept my dinner simple and ordered the chicken Chimichanga, which was juicy and delicious! I can't wait to go back to Karichimaka to try something different and recommend this fine establishment to anyone looking to eat good food.

I was immediately seated, given chips/salsa, asked what drink I needed and even ordered within a minute. Very attentive but not overbearing even for a busy Saturday! Both their salsas have a few unique ingredients, the steak is well seasoned and full of flavor. Torilla, hot, fresh and authentic. The presentation is comparable for the price range. Staff is friendly and welcoming. There prices are industry standard. Dirt parking lot not for the customers with silver spoons in their arse.

Super cute little timepiece. Well not so little... good sized restaurant. We went on a day that half was reserved for a private party so it was a bit packed. Had my first ever Sonoran enchilada and loved it. The starter chips and salsa were also really delicious. Service wasn't great but it was acceptable. They had my drink order wrong three times and they didn't check on us for quite a while.. my partner had the asada and liked it. The plain cheese enchilada and bean tostada would not recommend. Honestly, I will be back. Those Sonoran enchiladas are surr to get me hooked 😋

Got a reservation and I must say it was good. Had the gordita and chile relleno.. It was good and it was a big portion. The location is a bit small but when I went it was not that full so it was enjoyable. The theme of the restaurant is desert and it fits us..
