Outstanding customer appreciation, acknowledgement, and service! Love the burgers because they tasty and you can easily go for double meat with all the lettuce, etc. toppings if you wish. Seriously chunky strawberry shakes! Wonderful crispy golden fried onion rings. Shout out to this location especially for their patience dealing with confused or overwhelmed patrons who need extra time to figure out what to order. Yay! All around!

I got halfway through my burger, when I decided I HAD to do a review 🤣 it was so good and delicious, I was excited to dig in, and I wasn't disappointed 👌 If you like burgers and fries, this is you're spot, for sure! I got a single bacon cheeseburger with a medium drink and medium fries... Get this .. for $9.99 (incl tax) 😵‍💫🫨 That price wasn't a special or discount or anything, either... For that reason alone should be enough to cause you to try it 😂🤣 you won't get that value anywhere else, coupled with the quality and delicious ingredients!! I highly suggest you try it! ✌️😁👍

After seeing several ads on TV, we decided to check out Culver's on Broadway . The service was outstanding and very helpful throughout, as we needed help ordering our dinner, being first time customers. We both ordered the fish and chips dinner. We found the restaurant to be clean and have a pleasant interior. Our order arrived shortly after being seated, A friendly young man placed our dinner on the table, smiling as he wished us to enjoy our dinner. Our fish & chips were absolutely delicious and right up there with the best we ever had. Our total for food ,drinks and dessert was $31,80 We were also given a 5% senior discount at the time of ordering. We will definitely be back soon for another fabulous dinner experience at Culver's.

I had a chicken sandwich and fries. Great sandwich, quick service and the whole staff upfront like 5 employees said hi and welcome to Culver's! They even had Monday Night Football on 3 of like the 6 TV's playing. Love this place!

Food is very good especially if you're looking for something different from a fast food restaurant. 1 gripe is this ridiculousness with fast food restaurants expecting you to park while you wait for your food. There's not even anyone behind me. And you can't even just pull forward because they want to you to pull forward up to a certain arbitrary sport you're just supposed to have the clairvoyance to know about.

Always a yummy experience here. Burgers and sandwiches are tasty. Custard is wonderful. Love the take home 4 packs!

Excellent lemon ice blended drinks, their custard is actually really decent- takes slightly more time to melt than ice cream does, the service is TOP OF THE LINE! I haven't seen nor experienced true excellent customer service in quite a long time now and it was a great feeling to have that experience again. I enjoyed my first visit to Culver so much that I went the next 3 days, and it's mostly their service that influenced that! <3

This is the friendliest restaurant I have ever been to !! My Mom and brother met me there for my Birthday !! They are so nice and efficient !!! I noticed how kind the servers and other employees were to the others in the restaurant as well !! I give them a +10 on Everything !! The chicken tenders and cheese curd were the Best !! And Lea was the Best ever server !!!! Thank you Culver's for an Awesome time !! I shall be back !!! Janet

One of the few decent fast food places in town. The workers are always helpful and polite. The food is fresh and tasty and the prices are reasonable.

The restaurant is clean, and typically very nice to eat at. Culvers is always welcoming younger/experienced staff with a great place to work, and even better customer service. I enjoy the diverse menu and cook to order persona. I have noticed a big increase with the staff attitude and training. Order accuracy could still use some improvement but I believe this is based on training with the ordering system at the counter. Thanks for serving the community!

We placed our order through the drive-thru. And were surprised not to receive what we had initially ordered. So i decided to walk in as there was auite a bit of people in the drive thru lane. The lady at the counter took the bag and tossed it in the garbage can immediately. I was completely surprised as she walked away as I was talking to her. After a few minutes of me waiting, she brought out a new bag with my order. Thank you for correcting my order, but I truly believe that this location really needs to "Listen to the customer not just walk away without a care in the world". The young lady who brought out our food also just walked away while we tried to let her know that the order was wrong. Without even acknowledging, we were talking to her. Same thing with the lady at the counter.. Hopefully, this gets better...

First time. Onion rings were good, burgers tasty. Fairly priced and served quickly. Not gourmet but better than some fast food.

This place of business is the cream of the crop for fast food. All aspects of the experience have been planned out and thought of from the customer point of view. I am never disappointed when I visit!

Extremely welcoming staff, clean atmosphere, good tasting fresh food prepared quickly and brought to you at your booth. We wish there were a Culver's near our home in Oklahoma. We WILL be dining here again and highly recommend this establishment.

Culver’s is a great choice anytime for a tasty, fresh and hot meal. The fries are always good and come out hot. They offer a multitude of options along with fantastic deserts.

Jessica was doing an amazing job last night. You will always be greeted with a warm smile and wonderful suggestions if you don't quite know what to have. Prices are fair, and clientele is fun.

This place has the best fish in town. Service is good the place is clean, tv’s to watch, almost like being home.

Just went through the drive thru and asked for no onions on my order due to me being highly allergic to them, and when I went to pay for my food I was met by a rude employee making fun of my allergies to onions saying things such as “are you sure your allergic to onions, I mean are you really sure you’re allergic to onions.” I replied “yes I’m allergic to onions!” She kept repeating “are you really sure you’re allergic to onions.” Then when I said “yes I’m sure I would go to the hospital if I eat onions do you want to pay for the hospital bill?” She then laughed at me and said “I’m just joking” then slammed the window door in my face. Then another lady gave me my food and slammed the window door in my face before even giving me a straw for my drink. I will not be giving my business to you guys anymore because I felt that they were making fun of me because I’m allergic to onions.

A great variety in the menu, have a great selection on burgers, nice fries, I love the root beer they have in the fountain and lots and lots of sweets to choose

The staff is so great. I love the burgers, onion rings, shakes...... Everything!

We enjoy going there - we don't have them in PA. We like the variety & that things are made to order & arrive hot. I also like that you can ask for no bun, 1/2 an order of custard & they are happy to serve it that way. Last night was a fund raiser for Odyssey & the kids were super attentive. A young man brought our food & ketchup, asked if we needed anything, cleared our trash & got a lid for the cashews I didn't eat. It was nice to see the enthusiasm of the girls at the door too - very enjoyable experience.

One of our favorite Culvers to go to. Always clean, food is consistently good, and the staff is well trained and friendly.

Thank you for sending me home with 2 burnt burgers and the wrong concrete mix....I appreciate it. Haven't gotten a response to my complaint either

We have been buying the Wisconsin pubburger , When we came there yesterday, we were informed that it is not available any more. Bummer, so we had to order something else. One of the items was a burger on sourdough bread,but when we came home,surprise,it was on rye and my husband can't eat that, so I had to dig out a regular bun for him. Will be back, but will check my order before I leave. Hope the employees could be a little more observant and check the bag before handing it out.

Very festive atmosphere with lots of Halloween decorations! Staff enthusiastic and very helpful and attentive. Fresh, hot delicious meal enjoyed. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I ate here yesterday for lunch -had a dbl chsburger basket w fries. The burger was good, but the flavor of the meat did not come through so much. It wasn't especially hot either -rather lukewarm. The fries I ordered crispy. They were hot, crispy and flavorful -near perfection. Their in-house rootbeer was very good-AND caffeine free, which I now prefer...if I want to sleep at night.<br/><br/>I also got an order to go -cod basket w slaw. The cod was fresh, crispy and substantial. It wasn't just a puny piece of fish like nearly all other places. It's one of the best fish sandwiches I've had anywhere -certainly for a chain, very good to excellent. The slaw was very fresh and had great flavor. Wow! THIS is a combo I would gladly order again. I will be back and highly recommend -at least the cod basket w either their fries or slaw. I would rate the visit a 3.8 to 4.

Frozen custard. I didn't have their trademark frozen custard. I'll save that for next time. I tried their cheeseburger with fries and it was pretty good for fast food. But a little pricey like everything today. See my photo.

Culvers in Tucson. Delish! You can tell the meat hasn't been frozen. Nice and tasty. The vanilla custard is the best.

If you go, go for the Custard. The burgers are nothing special.

Best drive-thru burger I've had.. I had never heard of Culver's before I looked them up online after driving past the "Coming Soon" sign at Broadway/Prudence a month or so ago. I was intrigued, so when I was in the area today I stopped by for lunch on the go.<br/><br/>I went through the drive thru which was slow to move at first, but after about 5 minutes things were moving right along and the three cars ahead of me zipped off. (The front car appeared to be ordering a LOT and giving many special instructions from what I could hear out my window, so the delay was understandable.) I ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger with fried cheese curds and a flavor of the day "Concrete Mixer" (Turtle Dove, which according to the Culver's website is " vanilla custard swirled with sweet caramel, marshmallow creme, toasted pecan pieces and milk chocolate flakes.") I drove about 10 minutes before I had a chance to settle down in the shade and eat my meal. <br/><br/>When I first opened the bag I was dubious as the burger had kind of been smooshed on one side (probably when my purse slammed into it as I had to brake hard during the drive) but one bite and I was amazed! I've had burgers (and Swiss Mushroom burgers specifically) in sit down restaurants that weren't nearly as juicy and delicious. Yes, it was a bit greasy... but it was moist, scrumptiously cheesy, and the mushrooms were perfectly cooked WITH flavor! The portion was sizable and heavy on the meat - just the way I like it! The fried cheese curds were perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside - and a welcome change from boring drive thru fries. The Concrete Mixer was very rich, and while I did enjoy it I could only finish half. The custard is definitely thicker, creamier, and richer than your typical "fast food joint" soft serve. I liked it!<br/><br/>Overall I was quite impressed and will definitely be going back to try some more. Now because I had a "premium" side and upgraded to the Concrete Mixer instead of a soda, my meal came to $11.19. Since the burger was so delicious, I think it was worth it. Just not an everyday thing.

In love with the custard. People who go to a place within the first few weeks of a grand opening and then complain about the long wait are MORONS! Yeah, it was packed, and I waited a while for my food. But I'm not stupid, I expected this. Anyway on to the food review.<br/><br/>I got the Culver Deluxe, fries and a strawberry shake. Next time I have to try those cheese curds, but just didn't have the appetite today. The burger was very good. It's not a huge, thick juicy burger. Instead it's a thin patty, but I like that. The buttered bun is definetly buttery so have lots of napkins on hands. I give the burger a solid 7 out of 10. Fries were ok, a bit bland, but very crisp and hot. They get a 6 out of 10. The strawberry custard shake was heaven. Except they really need bigger straws. The thing was so thick I needed a spoon to eat it with. 9 out of 10 on the shake. <br/>So if you go, give them a break, The employees were soooooo friendly. It's busy, because they are new and exciting. Be prepared to wait a bit, but it's worth trying.

Needs to Improve. I know it's only been open a very short time, however, they need to make a good impression with so many fast food burger places in town. Lines long, to be expected for a new place, average 20 - 30 min wait indoors, outdoors about the same in line. Not impressed. <br/>Burgers (cheese), and double Cheese, WAAAAYYYY burned to a crisp and cold. Cold?- with that many people in line you'd think they would be HOT and fresh...not so. And so crispy that couldn't tell it was beef at one point. Fries, soggy. Cheese curds...well I like cheese curds, nice and fatty usually; these were fried so over done that you couldn't recognize them and were so hard and overfried that you could hurt someone if it fell. No taste and overbreaded. Sigh, I really want to give this place a chance. Maybe we'll try it again in 6 months to give it a chance. Sorry, not impressed. Average price for a fast food place.
