Very relaxed atmosphere with the staff looking to make your day a pleasure. The southwest omelete I had cooked to order was great, complete with quacamole. The Hilton Diamond paid for ($15) half of the buffet cost but it was still a good. The coffee was even very good. With the mountain and resort
So far I've eaten lunch here twice and both times I have been thoroughly impressed by the food and the service! The quesadilla is super good and just has enough kick to be tasty but not so spicy your nose runs.... lol the poblano peppers are cooked to perfection and the pico de Gallo is delicious!
