Review Saing Thai - Tucson

Kaia Sims
This was our second time at Sa Ing and I’m telling you now that we will be back. It’s definitely worth the out of the way drive! They have some homemade hot sauces that they bring to you in a little caddy, along with chili flakes if that’s what you prefer. We sat in the same spot as last time and we giggled with our server about it, everyone there is very kind. The yellow curry was SPOT ON. We got the lunch special today which comes with an entree, egg roll, and hot and sour soup. A great deal for $13.50 (slightly more if your protein choice is Shrimp). My boyfriend got the Pad Se Ew and it was also great! Definitely recommend, and if you are a curry gal like me, do not hesitate to get any of the curries on the menu, their curry paste is delicious and you can taste the quality <3

I had the #70 from the House Special section of the menu. It was one of the best things I've ever tasted. Give it a try if you love seafood. The man that served me I think is the owner, but I'm not sure. He was so genuine and helpful when I was ordering. He helped me figure out how to eat my dish correctly (pouring it over the rice on the separate plate). This was such a great experience! Thank you for a wonderful dinner. This helped heal the hard day I had today.

Typical suburbia thai dine in and take out place. Food is pretty good.

A few friends and I had dinner at this place and we were very satisfied with the food. We ordered 7 entrees to share with one another and among the entrees, the Tom Yum Soup with Shrimp impressed me the most because it taste really close to the ones I have had in Thailand. Food portion is decent and the price is fair.

I've been coming here since they opened, likely 20 years ago by now. Always good, consistant Thai food. Friendly family that we've enjoyed having in our community. Give them a try! We do every week or two!

Highly recommend the Chicken Pad Thai . Now that they reopened I don’t have to miss it anymore :)

The place was really good. The staff was really nice. Then my mom could not eat the soup so they gave her another roll which was really good service. The food was great.

First time to eat at Sa-Ing Thai. Chose the restaurant based on Trip Advisor comments. We agree! Excellent food, quick service, casual dining, pricing is fair plus personable staff! We will definitely dine here again!

This is more of a take out place now, especially at dinner. Their food is some of the best, in Tucson. My wife and I have had their food many times and it has never failed to be anything less than outstanding.

Extremely good Thai food, recommend the pad kee mao, everything on their menu is great though I’ve been going here for years and my fiancée has been going since they were a kid, I’ve never had a bad experience with the food or staff as the food is always beyond amazing and the staff is always very friendly, order take out ahead of time as they’re very popular and busy, I’m a very good cook myself and I’d rather eat here every night if my wallet would allow it lol, thanks again for always serving amazing food. P.S. Anyone who complains about this place is full of it.

This unassuming Thai restaurant is a hidden gem of Tucson. The food is hot, fresh, and just downright marvelous. I had the Peak Gai Tod appetizer which are chicken wings served with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. Before u scoff at the idea of wings, try them and u will be surprised. The sauce is what makes them special. The entree was the duck curry, which had possibly the very best flavor profiles you could want in a Thai curry. It was spicy in the way you would want your thai food to be, without being too much. Balanced with savory duck, sweet pineapple/coconut, and fresh mint leaves. The value is also incredible so not only do i recommend u eat here, bring friends and order a bunch of food! Lots to try without breaking your wallet.

The food is out of this world and the cooks know what their customers like. The gentlemen working the restaurant are both always pleasant, but the older gentleman always makes me smile and laugh and glad I came. We come from green valley just for this food and it's worth it every time.

The green curry!! Oh my gosh! If you love curry you have to try this place! My friend and I found this place just by searching for Thai places in our area. We both had never been. When we took our first bite of food we just looked at eachother and were like “oh my gosh”. Just so you know too some of the food is SPICEY! So if you like spice then you will enjoy this even more. Can’t wait to go back and try their other entrees!

My family loves this place! Always good, never disappointed. Great food, great people. I live out of town now and I always make a point to make a stop here when I'm in town!

I love this place, Saing Thai was my go-to place for lunch when I worked at Kolb/Valencia... I got notice of lay off and I no longer work on the east side :( It's worth the drive from Marana to get great Thai food though!!!

Had #57 Thai Fried Rice House style and my son had #61 Sesame chicken with vegetables and we shared egg rolls and crab puffs. So good! Go made me a Zen coffee creation! Very tasty. Food is always delicious! Highly recommend!

Have been there twice and both times got the green curry- it's delicious! They do a lot of take out orders, so if you're eating in the restaurant, there could be a little delay with your meal. Prices are reasonable and the service is friendly.

The food is Fantastic. The service fast and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely the best Thai you’ve ever had. I think it’s time for a central location #2!

First time here. Best the wife and I have eaten in a long time. Had a choice of 5-6 Thai restaurants in our old town, this beats them all. Will be making many return visits.

Best Thai food in Tucson by far. But be careful of how spicey you ask for it because you get what you ask for.
