On my birthday, my family decided to celebrate at PF Changs, a famous restaurant known for its delicious food. We had a great time enjoying each other's company and the amazing flavors of the dishes we ordered. The honey crispy shrimp and mongolian beef were particularly tasty and made us want to keep eating more. The waitress who served us was friendly and made us feel welcome. But, I have to admit that there were a few cleanliness issues in the restaurant that slightly affected our experience. Overall, it was a really enjoyable meal.

We had a delightful experience at PF Chang's. The waitress was friendly and very helpful. She answered all of our questions and described the dishes in detail. The atmosphere was pretty nice, quiet and not too full. The food was delicious and tasty. The portions are pretty big and we had more than enough left overs! We will definitely be back!

This is my first time at this restaurant. I really loved the atmosphere, customer service, and food. Our waitress Brittney was so nice and helpful with the menu. When we sat down, the first waiter gave us a drink menu, and the girl told us to scan the qr code for the online menu. When our new waitress Brittney stepped out, she offered us a paper menu because we were struggling. The food was so good and I was really surprised when we received our food within the 40 min after ordering. Quick service, great food, great atmosphere, and I left satisfied 😌.

Excellent service. Waiter was extremely attentive to all of our needs to be on the norm. Table was set up in a birthday celebratory fashion. That was really cool. Food was absolutely fabulous.

First time here on 01/30/22 and it was excellent! It was my wife's birthday dinner and we arrived here shortly after 5:00 and had no wait. Karen was our server and she was awesome! By the time we were ready to leave the place was packed. Karen boxed up our leftovers and we had enough for lunch next day. They have a rewards program also, bar area with TV's, and they recommend reservations for busier times. We'll definitely be returning.

Great service, accommodated late party members on a busy holiday, excellent service as always, which included 7 or 8 iced tea refills for me. Food, as always, superb with generous servings. All the reasons we are here every Christmas Eve.

It was really good, the waiter that help us out, was really polite and helpful. The food was good, the mongolian beef was perfect. The other stuff we ordered not so much but because we are not use to that cuisine. In general, i give 4 stars because it was a little too expensive.

First time I have eaten here in a long time. No more shrimp and walnuts on the menu which was my favorite. Did order the orange chicken which came with your choice of rice. Asked if the dish was spicy and was told no, but it was sprinkled with red pepper flakes. The chicken was ok, not overly flavorful.

I was there with my dad and my daughter, today. The cucumber drink was too sweet but our waitress helped make it better. The food was wonderful. I haven't been to a PF Chang's in over a decade. We will definitely visit more often!!

12/26/2022. Our long-awaited return to P.F. Chang's! We dined in at lunch on Christmas Eve and ordered heaps of food to take home for Christmas Day. At the restaurant, I went into sushi mode and sampled the Dynamite sushi roll and the Dragon sushi roll. Both were presented beautifully -- the server arrived with the sushi domed in a haze of smoke. The lid was lifted, the smoke dispersed, and there was the sushi! The sushi did have a very slightly smoky flavor, which was great. My favorite was the Dynamite Roll with the tempura shrimp. I also tried the Singapore Street Noodles -- I'm not much into noodle dishes, but this is delicious. I also have to mention the service, which was impeccable. Friendly, unassuming, competent.
Finally, we took home Chang's Spicy Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Chicken and Veggie Fried Rice. Yep, it's almost gone already.....
Keep up the great work, you're a gem in the Tucson area!

P.F. Chang’s is our go-to restaurant for high quality Chinese food. Pictured here is the lobster avocado roll, which is a very satisfying sushi roll, among others. I recommend their spicy chicken, fried rice, and Kung Pao chicken, among other dishes. The staff are also friendly and attentive, and the restaurant sports an attractive design in the dining room.

This was our first time at this location and we made reservations ahead of time on a Friday night. We were seated immediately and had our food out in 25 minutes even though the place was pretty packed. We ordered orange chicken, pad Thai, combo fried rice and broccoli beef. The broccoli beef was exquisite meat, highly recommend! The orange chicken was so original! I normally don't like breaded chicken but the sauce was so good and zesty I enjoyed it. ☺️ The pad thai was good with a bit of a kick in spice but not the best I've had. Overall, our experience was wonderful and the food was worth the $$

We have eaten at many PF Changs in this country and because the one on River Road in Tucson is closest we have eaten at that one the most, we've always had a nice time, great food and great service. However, we stopped at the one on River Road in Tucson the other night and while the service was great that was about it. Food was mediocre, smaller portions but a higher price. Too much sauce on the food that you can't taste what meat it is, the sauces are extra sweet too. Never going back to another PF Changs unless we have proof that we are getting enough food for the price and that the meat can be tasted instead of only tasting the sauce.

5 stars after 5 months. Matthew was our waiter. He was a ginger kind fellow who passed NO judgement on my beverage of choice: hot peach ginger tea with a shot of vodka. He was pleasant and able to multitask among different tables, orders, and maintaining communication with coworkers. He even complimented the kiddo on her "good behavior."
Food was wonderful and packed with flavor. Hubby got his usual Cheng's Spicy Chicken with steamed whote rice and no complaints at all. I tried the Wok Fired Filet Mignon that was so damn good. This dish satisfied my steak craving as it consisted of sliced 8oz. filet marinated in a black pepper butter sauce accompanied by cubed fried rustic potatoes, onion all topped with a perfected lime-garlic vinaigrette sauce. It was as mouth watering as it sounds!
We left with full bellies and ready to get cozy at home.

Food and waitress was amazing! Friendly atmosphere and very clean restaurant! It is a bit pricey, but it's worth it, quality of food and experience, and awesome maintenance of the building is why I'm not upset at prices. 100 out of 100 would recommend!!
If you are not to sure, going to try it once or twice won't hurt you! Its extremely family friendly!

Pork dumplings, orange chicken, and chicken lettuce wraps were good. The Vietnamese chocolate lava cake was gross. The chocolate didn't taste right and the cake a little too dry.
Service was mediocre at best. Waiter seemed clueless. Midori sour from the bar tasted only like sweet and sour mix and no alcohol. They definitely need to step up their game.

Dinner was actually very good, I felt the service was a little "weak", I had dropped my knife on the floor, then asked the waiter for a new one, he simply just picked it up and sat it back on the table, I had also ordered a bottle of sparkling water, when it arrived at the table, he said " I ordered a small bottle as he sat down a very large bottle ( he should have told the bartender, I ordered a small bottle ).
In all, good dinner, poor service!

I always come to this one when in Tucson and it is always really good, it's one of the best PF Changs I have been to. The only thing is you should avoid it when they are really busy because you might get forgotten about but other than that it's great and friendly

We love the PFChang in Fayetteville, AR. The one in Tucson, not as much. The crab wonton was not as large and stuffed with crab mix, the fried rice was not quite as flavorful . Wait service was similar, but not 5*.

We went yesterday for a late lunch. Food was the usual fantastic. Split an order of lettuce wraps and an order of crispy honey chicken. Enjoyed it so much. Always a great treat for special occasions. It was my birthday. We had lunch the next day with what we brought home. Can’t wait until next time.

I made a reservation online which I was really excited to do. They called for me exactly at 6:30, my reserved time. The waiter let use know it was a 30 minute wait for the orders but if it was, it didn't seem like it. It was a great time with my family.
