My first time at the Cheesecake Factory!Arrived to celebrate a family birthday. It was busy and there was a wait (they don't take reservations). We sat outside. There were heat lamps, but fans were on π€. Beautiful atmosphere π. Decor was beautiful and lighting was relaxing.
Our server was excellent. Smiling, accommodating, quick, and accurate! He didn't mixed up orders, plates, or who they went to.
The food was absolutely delicious. Appetizers were amazing π
The only downside was we were so full from appetizers and dinner, that we didn't have any Cheesecake π°
Food is a little bit pricey. I was a little bummed they ran out of fettuccine noodles for the fettuccine alfredo. The pineapple mule was good, and the avocado chicken club was very good. Spinach and cheese dip was delicious.
Visited on Monday 8/28/23 for lunch around 2 pm. Seated promptly and asked to be seated in a booth. Boyfriend ordered 9 oz salmon that comes with asparagus and mashed potatoes. I ordered off the lunch menu and ordered the Louisiana chicken pasta and still a fairly large portion. Both meals were hot and very good. The salmon was cooked to perfection. Complimentary bread is always a plus. Waitress Stephanie was very friendly and prompt. I love going to Cheesecake factories in different cities to gauge food and customer service, and this location in Tucson is definitely great. It is located just outside of the Tucson Mall. Definitely recommend. I had a great experience.
First time dining at The Cheesecake Factory. The food was excellent. Hubby's filet mignon was fabulous. My dish, similar to chicken Parmesan, was massive! The red sauce was a little sweeter than I usually prefer, but it was very good. Our server, Courtney, was bomb! Super attentive, the service was perfectly timed, we could not have asked for better. Dessert was great! The raspberry lemon cheesecake was delicious! We got our desserts packed to go, but because I was there for my birthday, Courtney brought us that tiny chocolate sundae with a candle in it, which was perfect given our full tummies! Lastly, the restaurant was just beautiful! So interesting to look at, the ambience was just so lovely. We'll go back, for sure!
This was our first time here. Our brother treated us. The cheese quesadilla was good I give it a 6 out of 10. For the shrimp with Angel Hair, I give a 9 out of 10. It was so delicious. The iced tea was on point taste was so good. We didn't have room for dessert and wish we had tried something. The customer service was excellent. I'll be returning with my kids and having them experience the food.
Nice way to spend an afternoon with Mom! We thoroughly enjoyed our soup and light appetizer. We imbibed on a Spritzer and a Sangria, which paired perfectly with our meal!
The service was outstanding and so was the food! We wanted to splurge and share a piece of coconut cream cheesecake π. Next time..lol. We were so full and happy, at the same time!
The lavatory was clean, and the water was warm for hand washing. Not ice cold as expected. Nice touch!
Great lunch menu and fun every time we visit. We can't wait to try the other menu items. Maybe next time we'll just go for the cheesecake and a hot cup of savory coffee!
The food is okay and overpriced, the cheesecake is delicious, the staff are friendly and attentive. This location is large, spacious, with limited nearby parking.
They have so many dishes to choose from there will definitely be at least 1 thing someone will enjoy. I also appreciate the free lemonade refill.
My favorite dish is currently the Miso Salmon. I need to stop ordering it so I can try something new but it's just so good...
Brunch is always awesome, and our server (Gabe) was awesome.
The staff is top notch, second to none. The interior is clean, free of trip hazard, and super inviting. The food is delicious just remember to save room for cheesecake. Good for any occasion, birthday, anniversary, or just a quiet night out with your significant other.
The service at this place is amazing! I brought my Aunt here and it was hard for her to walk but the staff were very accommodating and waited on us so attentively. Of course, the food was very good and the cheesecake that my aunt had (coconut creme pie) was to her liking. I got the veggie burger and this thing was incredible! It wasn't trying to pretend to be an animal, it was actual quinoa and barley and vegetable with bread crusted layers. Such a good option for this decadent chain.
My first time there and everything was amazing. Big shout out to Taylor B we had a large party and she didn't seem overwhelmed at all. We will absolutely be going again.
I came here for my husband's birthday. Haven't been to a cheesecake factory in years. Food was great, staff was friendly, clean tables and menus, which was surprising. Just over satisfied.

If you're looking for a restaurant that has a lot of variety and does everything pretty well this is the place you got to come. I'm not usually a huge fan of chain restaurants but cheesecake is doing something right. This location is located in a Tucson mall on the Southside the parking lot is quite small so you might have to drive around a little bit to find a good spot. If anything it's next to The container store. They have plenty of handicap parking in the front the waiting area is very roomy so it never feels crowded or cramped. But either way every time I come here I never really have to wait more than a few minutes anyway. The food is really good the spaghetti is good the Chinese orange chicken is really good and the baked chicken is amazing. They do have lunch specials from 1 to 5 p.m. I would use the lunch menu because the dinner portions are so huge I can never finish the lunch portion let alone finish the dinner portion. The service is excellent the food comes out pretty quick and the atmosphere is very vibing. The cool thing about this restaurant is it could be a place just for cocktails it could be a place for a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary or it could just be casual going out for dinner. There's no dress code but you can make it what you want depending on your occasion. And let's not forget the cheesecake is to die for. This location is always very clean the restrooms are always very clean and smell good and those are things that I like to check out on restaurants because it tells a lot. You can't even see the cooks working behind a glass wall in the kitchen which is pretty cool. However the only thing is if you're going just for drinks or cocktails the bar is quite small and there's only one bartender so it's not really a place to go drinking but definitely a place to go eat.
Oh my gosh the food here is SO GOOD. I only go about once a year as a tradition for mine and my boyfriend's anniversary. We save up so we can order whatever we want (drinks, dessert, etc.) And we usually spend about a hundred bucks. Worth it! Tonight we had the best server EVER! I think his name was Johnny? (I'm horrible with names). Regardless, he was funny, super friendly, and checked on us often. Our food was delicious, large portions, super moist chicken, and they make the best Mojitos we've ever had. I can't wait to go back. Always a great experience.
For a chain, the food is pretty good. Portions are HUGE and there are many things to choose from. All of the desserts are too sweet in my opinion, but definitely worth trying. A bit on the pricey side
