Casual atmosphere with some of the best food I’ve had in Tucson. Highly recommend. There’s outdoor seating and indoor seating. Try some of the Peruvian drinks.

Amazing flavor. We had the Lomo Saltado and the Carapulcra, and they were both incredible. If I could only recommend one dish, I’d go with the Carapulcra. Speedy service around lunch time, and I’d definitely come back again!
I came to this place on a whim and was absolutely delighted. Monica was not only very personable and friendly but also knowledgeable about the entire menu and made sure I could sample all sauces with the paps fritas. Excellent everything, we sat outside, it was lovely. The food is top notch, the service excellent and the atmosphere was great with Peruvian music playing and nice decor/tablecloths. Incas is a great find, I'll visit whenever I'm in town. The 4 of us really enjoyed it.
