Excellent! Very busy and loud where we sat but good service, food, and atmosphere. The escargot was the only thing that was underwhelming, not enough garlic and maybe some black pepper. Recommended for anyone looking for a southwest feel in a rustic beauty. A bit pricey but we'll be back.

Good traditional restaurant in Tucson, over 60 years of tradition. The decoration is like an old southwestern house, the food is really good and service is not bad. Jonathan the owner manager is there every night and is really service oriented. Good bar for drinks as well.

Dark and cozy with a touch of sophistication. Very lounge like 70s upscale restaurant feel. Staff was very professional and pleasant. They checked in at just the right times. Such a relaxed not rushed feel. Loved it. The menu has a great assortment of interesting dishes. I had the seared ahi tuna special ans my date had the surf and turf. We both loved our meals. Very satisfying. They have a good selection if wines but a short cocktail list.

According to the chef it was the team but whoever it was, they made lamb chops without that lamb-y strong taste; it was so tender so juicy and so delicious.. better than any lamb I’ve ever had. Same went for the escargot! They must have been hand raised with only the finest snail food because there was no pond flavor - just more of a mushroom like flavor and texture. The waitstaff is great and the rooms are separate so you can have that alone kind of feel for dinner- not a big open clanky sounding dining area. A must try in Tucson!

James and Jeff always knock it out of the park with their service. Food is hitting all cylinders with flavor, portion and price point. Low ceilings provide a classic charm and the compartmentalized building makes it a cozy experience. Looking forward to the new menu revamp! See you soon Cork

I dig the Cork. Yes, it’s old school and been here for 50+ years but the vibe is “pub” and the food menu is killer. I mean, ostrich? Venison? Escargot? Yes ! It’s all here ! Also amazing happy hour specials! A great draft beer for $5 and get a 4 piece shrimp cocktail for $13.

Had a great dinner here with the family. Everyone loved their food. The flavors were amazing in all the dishes, particularly the blackened dishes. It's rare that restaurants get it right, but this one does. The blackened calamari was amazing! Blew away all expectations. We will definitely be back for special occasions.

This was our second visit back after a so-so dinner a few years ago. I’m glad we decided to try The Cork again for our anniversary dinner.
Ryan was our server tonight and he did a great job. From the moment we sat down until the time we stood up to leave, the service was near perfect. Just the right amount of checking in and the support staff was fast to refill waters and clear the table when needed.
Had trouble picking our entrees, so my wife and I decided to split the filet and lobster tail with a grilled romaine salad. 👌
You guys have a good thing going there…we’ll be back soon!

Went to Tucson for spring break and hubby and I did a date night one of the nights we were out there. This is the place we choose to have dinner and when I tell you I wish we had one of these places in Dallas.
First we had an reservation and was seated immediately!!! Love restaurants that respect your reservations.
Server was awesome!! She was sweet and very attentive she treated us equally!!
We order the Prime rib and blackened chicken and those dishes was purely amazing. Love the salad and bread! It was just an overall a great experience. Silverware was clean!! That’s a plus for me because usually I ask for plastic ware but didn’t need to. Prices are good and drink prices are even better.

Went here for my mom's birthday and had a really nice time...and good meal. Server was really good even though they were packed. No Manager was apparent and Noone checked on our table. After we ordered our food...nobody came around for refills. These are little things that would have made our visit a 5.

Went here for my birthday dinner! Just moved to the area so we have been looking for our new favorite place and I think this is it! I believe Julie was our waitress, she was super friendly! I was pleasantly surprised with the food. The lobster wasn't chewy at all. The garlic mash was delicious. The drinks were also super good. I can't wait to go back here again!

Weren't able to get in the first time, so made a reservation this time and were seated immediately. Our waitress was friendly and quick. Food was good, with a great selection and reasonable prices overall for a steakhouse. Portions were perfect. Drinks and dessert were good as well. Nice ambiance and there were others in our area, but it was still private. They did accidentally switch the rice and potatoes on 2 of the plates, but that was a simple fix. Nice night out!

Food was amazing. I had ordered the blackened chicken, juicy, flavorful and had a bit of kick to it. My husband ordered the cork prime steak which was just as good, ordered it medium came out perfect. Still juicy, firm and delicious. Our server was quick and polite , he was absolutely wonderful with recommendations. Full wines list available, not sure if cocktails were available though they do provide full bar service in the room next over. As for kids we had a 1 year old , they did ask if we required a high chair, we already had a drink cup for him so not sure if they have kid friendly cups. Overall I would highly recommend this place.
