El Guero Canelo - Tucson - Photo album

Out first time to try Sonora hotdogs. It was good. Lots of free condiments. Plus - we were given free guacamole and a nag of chips because it was our first time. Overall, great experience! Will go back for sure!
Great spot for traditional Sonoran/Sinoloan food made fresh, fast, and to absolute perfection. Laid back, casual ambiance. Extraordinary service. It's a flavor and style you cannot find anywhere else in the US. Believe me, I've tried!
Got a medium burro wrapped in bacon. It was amazing.
I love a good greasy spoon and goodness does this place deliver. Cheap and tasty, with one of my favorite condiment bars (I can make myself a pile of radishes!) I always make a point to stop here when I'm in there area, and sometimes even food on the plane to go. And horchata soda!
Pretty freaking amazing. I’ll admit the carne asada was our favorite- but that’s because it was OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD. Service was great. Even got to meet the owner himself.
Excellent burrito! I love that it's filled with finely shredded cabbage instead of rice! I wish I lived here because I'd constantly be here! The roasted onions and peppers were great and the guacamole was amazing! I would have loved more chicken in the burrito though.
Have a hot dog here, you won't ever like any other dog! Amazing. Best hot dog of my life!
Tried the Sonora dog and the chicken taco. Washed down with a Mexican Coke. I was expecting some heat but there wasn’t any. Tasted good. Enjoyed the authentic Tucson grub.
This place was sooooo tasty! Everyone was very nice and helpful, they got our order 100% correct and the price was good too! We would definitely return. Very authentic and the food came out quick. Highly recommend!
Best burrito I’ve ever had. One of my favorite places to eat ever.
Got the pollo asada tacos and the mangonada drink so yummy highly recommend 😊 lots of seating and a salsa bar too. Friendly service.
the trademark Sonoran hot dog was really good !!
Fantastic!! Friendly, genuinely concerned about if all is well. Very clean! Food is fresh, prepared perfectly, will return when in town.
A good spot to stop by for various dishes with carne asada, especially the burros. The tortillas they source are good. However, the Sonoran hot dogs here aren't anything special. There are much better spots around town to get a Sonoran dog.
Clean, and fresh salsa bar if you eat there. The food is good and you get alot of it, prices are a little more expensive than typical fast food. Does take longer than average in the drive thru as well, and they charge a small fee for using a card to pay.
The carne asada and pollo burros were both very good. It's the salsa bar that really ties it all together since the burro contains only meat. I did think it was on the expensive side but you can't argue with the quality. I also appreciated that there was staff constantly cleaning and refilling the s
