I certainly wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here, but it’s a solid option if you’re staying at the Westin. We ate breakfast at AZul both days. As part of our stay, we each got a free breakfast for each night we stayed. It comes with the Continental Plate (choice of yogurt or oatmeal), but our waitress said we could get anything and they would just subtract the amount of the coupon, $14 each. It’s worth it to get the Continental Plate, because it comes with coffee and a non-alcoholic beverage (which together are already $11.50). I got oatmeal and added peanut butter and cinnamon, which they did at no extra cost! My husband got the yogurt plate and added eggs ($5) and bacon ($6) on the side. The Continental Plate actually came with a good amount of food! Not the best food, but it does the trick.

Had the banana nutella pancakes and my wife had the berry mango pancakes both were very good....very filling..$14.00 each.

I have been to the resort multiple times for my job, always I enter through the service entrance for delivery, the people their, the security, the cleaning personnel and other staff, are kind and respectful, which is already a big clue on how well they will treat their customers. So fast forward to me being a customer. Going on a date to the Azul, was an amazing idea! The view was breathtaking, the food was more than what was expected. Beautifully crafted and displayed. The appetizers alone could make you want more, the salmon was prepared carefully and fresh as if just caught. The dessert however, was a dense, expertly crafted, expresso cake with a nice chocolate egg and amazing sauce. The bitterness weighed against the extreme sweetness came into a marriage of extreme delight. The food, beyond a shadow of a doubt was royalty worthy, but, I always like to judge the customer service and experience. Which if I could would rate Azul's higher if able. With out plea, our waiter turned on the out door heater and fire wall, was kind and had great small talk, was diligent and amazing plating skill. I'd I had to recommend a tipping status, I would say start at 50%, the service is much more worthy than a lowly avg. of 15%. I will be visiting again!

Came here with a friend and had a lovely experience. The food was delicious and presentation was nice . Pablo was so kind and attentive. He answered all questions and despite being the only server that night and having many other tables, we did not have wait long. Saul was also very friendly. He made sure our waters were never empty and he kept us laughing and smiling throughout the night. Overall , great experience and I would recommend trying this place.

Azul has a beautiful setting and amazing views of the mountains and the grounds/pool area. The breakfast is delicious and the buffet is great. The best part about Azul is the staff. The servers are attentive and gracious, and the manager, in particular, is top-notch. He really cares about your experience and makes sure everything is perfect. Very pleasant start to the day!

Host was not te best. He seemed overwhelmed with the reservations but after we were seated the waitress made it up. Mariah was spectacular, the way she offered the plates and how efficient she was made the difference. The table we seated had a great mountain view. The menu was limited and the food was okay. The shrimp tacos and fried pork (chicharrón) was delicious!!!!

I came here pretty late with a small party, the bartenders were all very friendly & accommodating. Lindsey is my absolute favorite bartender, she made my old fashioned with love & recommended a new bourbon. Definitely coming back to enjoy the atmosphere & drinks. Cheers! 🍻
