I have been enjoying these tamales for a couple of months now. I live in North Carolina, and it's so nice to have found very good frozen tamales. I especially like the hot and spicy pork. I had seen these advertised at my Harris Teeter grocery store, but was having problems finding them in the Frozen section. Shame on me, but now I know exactly where they are, and grab a few every week. A wonderful, delicious and quick meal.

Clerk was very friendly, helpful with our choices. Great tortillas. Tamales were lacking in flavor, maybe just the batch?

Total tamales today! Warm for eating now or frozen for later. Plus an offering of other types of Mexican cuisine and a lot to drink. Friendly helpful staff. Recommended.

TTC is a no-frills operation with delicious tamales and sides. The tamales plate is a great value, and they always have plenty of delicious fresh and frozen vegan and vegetarian options. The tortilla chips are sad, considering how great the rest of the food is- a nice, restaurant-style non-Tostito would elevate TTC to perfection. The salsa bar will be missed, if the pandemic has killed that forever.

I have been to Tucson Tamale twice now. I am a big fan of their tamales. All of the different types that I have sampled so far are impressive! I have been shocked to learn that I could only get beef Tamales at every other restaurant in Tucson, AZ, thus far! What a letdown! However, Tucson Tamale doesn't disappoint! I can't wait to try more of the great food that they have. Pro Tip: don't expect to be going to a fancy restaurant. This place is casual. The employee who works there is helpful and super friendly! You can also find food to buy and take home! It's a neat place!

I wish I lived nearby so I eat here all the time! The quality is wonderful and I am a fussy foodie. If I hadn't been on a long driving trip I would have bought some frozen tamales to take along. Yummmmmm is not high enough praise.

An absolute staple of the Tucson community. Their tamales are a consistent treat (Try their Green Chile Cheese and Blue Corn Tamales!), their sides are surprisingly excellent, and their salsa bar is always fresh and satisfying. If you’re looking for a good tamale, this is the place to go. And if you’re not in the area, you can even order them online!

I decided to try this restaurant based on the selection of vegetarian tamale options and I was not disappointed. The staff was polite and professional, and service was quick. I tried the 2 tamale plate with a jalapeno and cheese and a black bean and cheese tamale. I also got the side of Spanish rice and chips and salsa. The black bean tamale was good but to be honest it tasted a bit bland. I added some salsa to it and it spiced it up. The jalapeno and cheese tamale was good. I can handle heat and spicy food and it made my nose run a little bit! Not too hot but it definitely had some kick. The Spanish rice and chips were good too. The salsa bar had several selections to choose from and was stocked and fresh. I noticed on my way out they had dessert tamales, one of which is chocolate and cherries so I might have to go back sometime simply to try that! That sounds yummy.

This place has the best tamales, mostly (or all) gluten free and filled with taste! The variety is outstanding, and they even have seasonal tamales. Now they ship, too, and they are sold in two packs at supermarkets in town. Inside, the space is skinny, dark, and deep, so I don't really feel comfortable; that's no biggie, though, because they have lots of outside seating for everyone. The prices feel expensive, too, but they reheat well and always leave our tummies happy.
