Came here on the way back to Blacksburg. My cashier was Owen and I wanted to recognize his excellent customer service and positive attitude. He represents the company very well and I remain another extremely happy customer. Eat more chicken!

Never feels like a major inconvenience or wait even with lines wrapped around the building because they move the lines quickly and efficiently. Always pleasant interaction with the employees. Great job Chick-fil-A at this location.

Never in my life have I been in and out of drive thru as I was when I went here. The food was hot and fresh and we didn't have to wait forever like at most fast food restaurants. The employees were cheerful and very professional and pleasing to talk to. This was a very pleasant experience. Time matt

My first visit to Chick-fil-A and the manager greeted us very friendly and also bought lunch for us since it was our first time ever. The food was awesome. The staff was friendly and they even stopped by our table to see if we needed anything twice. I definately will be visiting this Chick-fil-A a

I use to love Chick-fil-a. I was disappointed. I ordered grilled chicken nuggets. The chicken was heavily salted. The chicken came breaded and was not like i use to get. It had a lot of chewy grizzlies in it. I willbnot order again
