We had the best guy server. So friendly, food was great, could not have been more satisfied.
Food was delicious and the service was great! The steak was cooked to medium well just as ordered. We especially loved the caramel crunch cake!!!
My husband, granddaughter and I stopped in for dinner. We We were seated immediately. Our server was attentive and friendly. We got the salad bar. It had a great selection of items and there was an attendant keeping it well stocked. We used a coupon and the three of us ate for about $32.00. (We tip on the original ticket before the coupon discount.) Ruby Tuesdays is one of our favorite restaurants. Too bad the nearest one to our home is about 25 miles away. Because of this we don't go very often.
Wonderful staff, Our waitress Meghan was amazing, the food was perfect...they were so nice, we came in, 30 minutes before they closed and they still welcomed us with open arms... wish I worked here �����
We eat her regularly and always experience good service and great food, I took my wife on Friday for the $6.99 Burger and endless fries. We both added their awesome salad bar. All was delicious!

I had the privilege of dining there with my manager and several of our wonderful resident's from Presbyterian Manor Apartments in Tarrant, Al. Everything from the food to the service was excellent and Susan the manager! I can't say enough about her, a very sweet person and she make it seems like you all have known each other forever. Thank you Susan and your wonderful staff for making our dining experience one that we will remember always! And we will be back

Ruby Tuesday has become one of my favorites restaurants in the past three years and I am extremely favorable to the Trussville location. I live closer to this location but have visited others while out in other areas and they don't compare in service or quality. The salad bar is awesome. Oh and the Asiago Peppercorn Steak is my favorite.

Good Food and Service. My husband, toddler and I ate here on a recent Sunday evening. We always liked Ruby Tuesday but we have not eaten there since they closed the one closer to us on Southside (only to be replaced by a Chik-fil-A!).
It looks like they made some changes to their menu, all of which looked like good dinner options. I got the advertised jalapeno burger on a pretzel roll and my husband got the lemon marinated grilled chicken and two vegetables and we both added the salad bar.
We both very much enjoyed our visit to the Trussville RT and I am already looking forward to going back!!
I love the salad bar at RT! on this particular night, everything looked and was fresh and I saw several staff changing out and replenishing the many items on the salad bar. I love salad, but I do not keep all of the 'necessities' for a really good salad at home, so it it nice to have a place where you can eat as much salad as you want! The jalapeno pretzel burger was very good! It was a bigger than average hamburger. The jalapenos had been cooked or sauteed, so biting into the burger was not as spicy as I was expecting. The pretzel roll was delicious! I could have just eaten that by itself! It was very soft and fresh with just the right amount of 'pretzel' flavor!!
The restaurant was pretty full that evening and despite a big party of approximately sixteen people at the next table, we were waited on and received our food in a timely manner. Our waitress was nice and friendly and asked numerous times if we needed anything. Another woman, who I believe was a manager was out and about on the floor, assisting the servers and spoke to us several times.
Though this is a little out of our way, we had such a good experience and enjoyed our meals that we will definitely come back to Ruby Tuesday! Now it REALLY makes me miss the one that was closer to us on Southside and I wish it had never closed! Chik-Fil-A is not a replacement for a good, reasonable priced American restaurant with such a variety of menu options!!
I had not eaten here in a while and decided to give it a try. It was very good. I had the smoky mountain chicken with mashed potatoes and a salad. Service was good as well.
This Ruby Tuesday is awesome. I love the food and the service here. When you go, ask for Sean. He's the best and most entertaining server I have ever had.
Who Knew?. Who knew spaghetti squash could be turned into such an awesome looking, scrumptious tasting food? I'd love the recipe - it tasted so good. And with free salad bar and the little cheese biscuits that are not quite as good as the ones that come from another restaurant but still pretty good! The service was excellent as well.
I have been eating at this Ruby's for around 14-15 years. The food here has always been very good, but lately has been kinda hit or miss. Service is always very good, but the food has been average the past few times.
It's Okay. I miss the big massive drinks. Their food is good & the service we have never had bad service.
It was ok, they cooked my burger wrong at first, and the shrimp fondue didn't have enough shrimp in it, but I can't complain, I got it for free with my coupon, but other than that, and their stinky carpet, it was ok.
My experience was very good. My waitress was attentive and food came out quick and hot. Rt has updated their menu as well. I had Hickory Bourbon Ribs, mashed potatoes, and a sweet potato. All were tasty. For the dessert I had the Caramel Crunch Cake. It was great!
This location has great food and drink specials, clean dining area and was impressed with the quality of the food.
Great food tonight (Monday around 8:00). We ordered pasta with chicken and broccoli, but requested that the chicken be fried. It was a big portion, and the sauce did not overwhelm the the dish like it does at some places. The broccoli was cooked perfectly, not too rare like at some places. We also ordered grilled chicken sandwich with crispy tots. The tots were indeed crispy, and delicious, and the sandwich bread was slightly toasted. The grilled chicken was very tasty. The salad bar was great as usual, especially the croutons. The prices on entrees and soda/tea are a bit high, but the food is awesome.
I'll admit. I'm one of the ones who doesn't visit RT nearly enough. When I do visit though I'm blown away. Their steaks are better than Logan's. Juicy, and never over cooked. They also have the BEST hamburgers. The atmosphere is gentle, and the staff are very nice. Give this place a visit. 🙌
It's a nice place to eat . They always have a great salad bar. You can also choose your meal from the menu.I have always enjoyed eating there. They provide handicapped parking. You can enter the restaurant without climbing steps. It is casual dining.
