I’m not sure if they are open to the public or only long term tenants. We arrived late and stopped somewhere for the night. We paid $44 on the following day, which sounded fair. However, no RV services.

I love this place the people there were friendly the staff.they need to make more parking lots in the bottom by the lake..I don't rent a room..I saw a 🦌.and the night was buityfull lots of ✨✨✨✨.and the water was 🟤🟤🟤.and cold..I was hot that day..the walk to the lake is good for exercise.

This place is a local jewel of Truckee! Walt is the visionary owner whose honest down to earth approach is a beacon of hope for all Americans. This family ran outfit is definitely a strong example of what it means to offer a good service to families and patrons alike. Also the perfect stop for fuel and a great sandwich between Reno and San Francisco
