Traveling through on our way back from Reno to Sonoma county..Unfortunately did not get his name who made our drinks, but he made our day!!! Nice, talkative, funny. Popped in for a couple coffee's. Staff was friendly, the place was very clean. There wasn't many people inside due to social distancing but in all it was a quiet peaceful experience. I walked in but some people were doing call ahead and even still nobody had to really wait long as the staff was very quick and efficient. I had 2 caramel macchiato coffees with add shots and they were perfect.

This evening, 4/25, I had witnessed a car accident and was helping a traumatized driver get her bearings and decided to take her to this Starbucks to help her get warm and get wifi to figure out her next steps. When I walked in, I asked the lady at the counter if we could just stay inside for a few minutes while we figured out our next steps. She rudely said, "No, you can't. We don't allow indoor seating." I said, OK, and walked back to the door. It was maybe a minute later, while we were trying to locate her wallet to get a hot drink, when the employee came over and said, "You have to leave now." Needless to say, I will NEVER return here, and hope that this employee feels her super unnecessary and unkind power trip was justified.

This is the second time that I have ordered at this location. First time was over the app and when I picked up my vanilla bean frapp it tasted like water. I had them remake my order and it still tasted off, but I just took it and left didn’t have time to be waiting for them to make it right. Today I went and ordered a drink and they didn’t know how to make it. I’m pretty sure they didn’t even add everything cause it doesn’t look like the drink I normally order from other locations. Also my drink is so icy that I can’t even drink it out of the cup cause of the ice. I just hate paying for a drink when my order isn’t right it’s just such a shame.
