At the time we went in it was slow but Cook took order Cook was not very friendly person. Say it nice. Saw a lot of issues going on talking instead of working The food was good though waffle House standards . The Ozark restaurant could use a overhaul He's a freshman worn out outdated

Great employees, excellent cook... Service was great. they close @ 2pm because of lack of help. I got there @ 1:30pm and wasn't rushed to eat my food. Wish the Ozark franchise would follow their example.

Would have been 5 stars, but when I asked for real butter, I was given margarine and was still told it was real butter. Uh, I know what real butter looks and tastes like. Update: just went back today, 3/15/22 & still no real butter. :-(

A lot of waffle houses are not open for dine in just takeout. Was so relieved to see troy was open for dine in. Food was good and service was great.

Clean location. Extremely fast and friendly service. Our server was Ashley and she even taught us something new when ordering!! My husband and I have been eating at Waffle House for over 15 years, so we were surprised to find this out.

It's to bad this place has become just another fast food joint. A few lazy people can take a buisness to the ground fast.

IT WAS GREAT! THE WAITING TIME WAS NOT TO LONG THE FOOD WAS COOKED TO PERFECTION. AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE WAITRESS WAS VERY NICE . IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO GO AND SIT DOWN AND ENJOY BREAKFAST.
