Went there today. The owner is a really cool guy, a new generation of entrepreneurs lile myself. He said he made his bahn mi with love....BEST FREAKING BAHN MI EVER!!!! THE BEST. better than nyc or houston or anywhere. No BS. This place is a gem!!!

The food is authentic, the flavors are explosive. I have never experienced less than excellent cuisine here. fresh ingredients combined with culinary knowledge create and environment for flavor exploration.

Went for dinner with family. Food and service were excellent! Open for inside dining. There are few sparsely places tables inside.

Walking on the street it would be hard to tell there’s a great Vietnamese restaurant tucked behind the convince store and jewelry repair shop. Don’t be scared. It is amazing. The beef pho was excellent with a flavorful broth and tender meatballs. My family loved it. The server was super polite and attentive. Seemed popular with students from the nearby universities. A hidden gem!

Positively good food. Had both a cold and hot bowl and a couple apps. Fresh tasting and filling. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu I'm sure. Finished it up with a Vietnamese iced coffee - which is a must try! Headed back soon for more menu items and spectacular service.

I haven't had any other Pho in the Capital District and this one a good first one. The beef and vegetables that I had with my Pho were good with generous servings, but the soup was just ok. Service is great. The price is really something to think about though. It's around $20 for a single bowl of Pho or Vermicelli bowl which is really expensive. Appetizers are around $10. Maybe because the restaurant just opened, but the menu as a small selection, which was not a problem for me. Since the restaurant just opened around a couple months ago as of March 2019, I am excited to see what the restaurant will become when it hits its stride.
