This store still only has 1 employee working (at least for night shift), which worked against them, because while we stood in line for 20 minutes we started looking around & realized the light fixtures & water sprinklers over the food are covered in dust, the windows on the food containers look like they are never wiped down & there isn't a clean "surface" in site. This is disconcerting under normal conditions, but I don't see how this isn't a health hazard during Covid-times. Needless to say, we decided to leave & try another location. Standards are a real thing Subway... Just saying.

Saw some rough reviews, but I went ahead and put in an order anyway (through the app). Didn't realize I could just pick it up, but the dude was cool, came out to see if he could do anything for me and pointed out the rack. Wished me a good night and that was that. Sandwich is good as Subway gets and I've got no complaints, especially for a 24-hour spot.

Walked in at about 9:30 Tuesday evening with the hopes of getting something quick for dinner.
Two employees "working" the counter, one of them had gone back into the office before my father & I walked in only to come back out and let us know they were supposedly closed for the night.
It looked as though there was some customers tucked into the back of the dining room eating when we walked in, but it could have been more employees- I'm not sure.
Rather disappointed.

Every single time there seems to be something wrong. The last time my sister and I ordered subs online they arrived with so few ingredients that we had to actually pull the bread (which was crusty and old) apart to see if anything was even added (skimpy meat and extremely wilted lettuce and soggy veggies...yum)
Thought it might have just been a fluke so last night after I got off work (at 4 in the morning) I figured I'd stop by and grab one on the way home. Place was closed up, despite saying they are open 24 hours. If you close early, why not take the ten extra seconds to update your hours online?
Employees and management clearly don't care about their customer base or providing the bare minimum of quality, but this is to be 3expected from Subway. Just stick with Big Town Hero or Jersey Mike's if you want a sandwich not made by troglodytes.

I walked in to this subway in a Saturday around 8:00 pm. There were no customers only two employees. The girl behind the counter said sorry we are only taking online orders. So apparently the open sign means nothing they don't serve actual people at that store even when the store is empty and the two employees are doing nothing...

They're pathetic. They take their sweet time to get to people. I just waiting 15 minutes to get food. But nobody would show up. Everyone was working on veggies and not doing anything else. I ended leaving since I only had 15 minutes left of my lunch and had to drive back still. If they were able to multitask and not have 2 people at the veggies spot, that would be perfect. They're horrible with their service. If you plan on going to this location. Have fun spending almost 20 minutes inside.

The staff didn’t even acknowledge me but instead ignored me and proceeded to make sandwiches for people for delivery and no delivery driver was even there yet. I don’t know but I’ve always learned customer service wise you deal with the person in front of you even if you have phone orders that are for pick up you wait and take care of the person there since that’s the only person in the store
