I will start this by saying I was the West Rd nacho fry girl. I’ve always come to this Taco Bell because the staff are always kind and never mess my order up. Tonight after a long long week at work they made my day. Thank you to the staff that worked tonight, I’m sure we all have a good story to tell now!!

We placed a HUGE order at the drive-thru. When we got home with all our bags of food, EVERYTHING was there and the order was 100% correct. Thanks Taco Bell on Allen Rd! Great job.

Don't even bother. Go somewhere else. Didn't get my chips and cheese. Did get any of of the additions I made to my order. Placed online order and added steak and sauce to my burrito, also asked for grilled and a didn't get any of the 3 requests. Also asked for Diablo and fire sauce on the app. Only got mild sauce randomly.....What a joke of a taco bell.

We ordered the grilled double steak cheese burrito, it was huge and really good. Couldn't eat a whole one, it was so big. Karen helped us, she was very kind, and was an Angel. Will be back because of Karen, at the Allen Road Woodhaven location.

I ordered a crunchy taco and a Doritos locos taco. Such a simple order and they can’t even get it right they gave me my crunchy taco but forgot my Doritos locos taco. This is the 4th time in a row of them getting my order completely incorrect I get the same thing every time and they either give me to much or forget a whole item like last time they gave me 13 tacos and I just asked for 2 and they charged me for it.

Quick efficient service at drive through. Food was prepared exceptionally and toppings and sauces were applied perfectly, not too much not too little.
