Shortly after visiting BK on Notthingham Way, I caught strep throat. I ordered a small frozen drink, which they didn’t have, and was provided with a small soft drink with a clear coffee lid. They were not able to provide me with a straw so I drank from the lid. I should have been more careful since the same guy who collected money, touched my cup.

First of all, the person working the drive thru was not too friendly... Then they refused to give me any straws (not even paper straws) for my 3 drinks because they got new lids you can drink from, even though the lids have holes for straws....As always, I had to ask for ketchup for my 3 orders of fries. Then I realized they didn't give me a receipt so I went inside to get one (so I could fill out the survey). However, they then said the receipt machine was not working, did not say they were trying to fix it, and never apologized for their inability to give me a receipt.

Drive thru window was good 6/2 10pm I came to pick up DoorDash order their computer wasn't printing it but they got it out in no time It's really great

Horrible !!! Make a order by door dash ( delivery was ok but my order came incomplete- missing a full meal ( KM Burger -fries and the toy )
No ice on drinks and I call Burger King and they told me we didn’t take your money was doordash We can’t help you !!🤬🤬🤬 and hang up

I feel bad because I love burger king and this place is very close to my home but I refuse to eat here again any time soon. I ordered 2 whopper Jr with cheese and the buns were hard and had mold on them this led me to believe the workers there don't care at all and im assuming it's dirty and im totally grossed out. Sorry guys but this was my experience recently and I had to share

I think this BK is by far the worst one. The orders are always incorrect and they get upset when you ask them to correct it. Then the sandwiches are so sloppy. They put a hamburger bun on the chicken sandwich. I can gladly send a photo but beware. I’m sure it’s not the cleanest it used to be inside.
