The food is amazing with a creative combinations of flavors and a great selection readily available for those never long enough lunch breaks! If you haven’t tried this place you absolutely should!

I am in Traverse city for the week, and a co worker told me to come here for dinner........SO very thankful that I did! My new favorite restaurant! Usually, the food does it, and it was definitely very good.....but the service was probably the best I have ever encountered in my 37 years of life! Ben and Carrie made me feel like I was important, and not just while waiting on me, but for my entire visit while eating my meal! Seriously above and beyond their call of duty. 2 gems you have on your staff! Thank you for an amazing experience!

I have lived close to the Kitchen for a year. I go there multiple times a week for all meals. The people that work there are awesome and so nice and even paid for my lunch when I realized I forgot my money at home. Endless choices. I am a picky eater and I never have an issue finding something delish to eat. Highly recommended!!

The open face hot roasted turkey sandwich is literally one of the best things I've ever eaten.

Stopped in for lunch the other day and it was great there is no inside seating but there is covered outside seating Boardman lake is basically across the street so you could always eat there. I got the turkey club and it was amazing also got the mac and cheese and grilled cheese both were really good definitely will be coming back!!
Th Kitchen has some really good food. I like going for breakfast because it's ready in 10 minutes. Eggs bacon potatoes toast to go is only 8.95$ plus tip not bad. The prices for ready made sandwiches and meals are a bit high but the food is good.
I called The Kitchen to order for a work event. They were courteous and helpful. They had everything ready when I needed it. My family stops in several times a year and everything is always so good! Their grab and go section is top notch.
Our office ordered take out lunch from The Kitchen today. First of all, everybody at the office thought the food was delicious; obviously freshly prepared and very fair proportions. There was one small hiccup in our order. Ashley went out of her way, above and beyond, to fix the issue and take care of us!! I am absolutely sure we will order from there again. The staff was bright and friendly. In an era where good old fashioned customer service has gone to the wayside, The Kitchen and Ashley showed me that it still exists!! Thanks again for a great lunch and a great experience!!

If I was just rating the food I would give this 10/5 stars. I love the food it's super tasty it looks nad tastes fresh and I recommend this place for that alone
But,Good luck getting the meal exactly how you ordered. I've gotten one order here that was correct. But I don't really judge them for this tbh
However! What I ma going to take my stars down is the fact everytime I walk in to grab stuff off the al carte, EVERYTIME, I get glared or sneered at by the employees. I do not feel welcomed inside for some reason. Idk if it's just how their faces work or what but it's weird.
I have avoided this place in the past even when I wanted to for their amazing bread purely because of how the employees make me feel.
I get working the service industry I used to do it for years and it sucks but I've never ha a coworker or myself sneer and make faces at customers just literally walking in then immediately leaving.
I hope whatever makes the employees feel this stressed works itself out because I really do like the food.
There's no explanation that will do them justice. Amazing place! Hot sandwiches, cold sandwiches, wraps, burritos, soups, cookies, cake, and desserts are all phenomenal! 10 out of 5 stars!

I love this place!! I travel out of my way go there. Easy grab & go gourmet food. I am amazed by the selection of flavors they offer. Plus, they are the only place in town that makes my favorite treat..... Scotcharoos!

Everything was good and love the easy grab n go section. Was a lovely bonus to be able to eat outside in their nice patio space. Will become a lunch regular now that I know about this cute little spot!
4.5 stars. Good food fast. Meatloaf is very good. Portions could be slightly larger, but I was full every time I ate here. Definitely recommend for lunch or dinner. I did not have breakfast here yet.

Great food. My favorite are the breakfast burritos. I would give a 5 star rating, but lately it's been hit or miss with the quality. Still good, just been lacking with how generous they are with the portions.
