I was immediately greeted with warm smiles and grabbed an open seat at the counter. The restaurant is spotless and the smells coming from the kitchen will fire-up your appetite
I ordered the brisket and waffle….I know sounds crazy but was amazing. The flavor profiles created by the brisket, waffle, poached egg,and hollandaise sauce were fantastic!
The friendly staff and conversation with Stephanie made me feel right at home.

Very quaint restaurant, limited vegetarian options though, menu is very pork heavy. Got the pancakes which were very different but did enjoy them and then did eggs with toast and they were seasoned well. Corn bread and lemon bread were both amazing. Just wish they had vegetarian options with vegetables.
First timers here by a local's recommendation. The dining experience was fantastic. A very popular brunch place. Opens at 9am but by 9:10 it was already packed when we walked in. If you want to patron this place, make a reservation first! 👍 Excellent food and fabulous service. You need to try this place out if you are in this area💯🇺🇲🎉🤩
Fun atmosphere, friendly staff, great food, and really popular.
We visited on a Sunday around brunch. Although we had a reservation, we had to wait another 25 minutes for a table. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
Food ordered was the chicken sandwich, quiche, eggs/bacon, and a scone.
Chicken sandwich - awesome. Very delicious, but impossible to eat as a full sandwich. Had to breakdown or use fork/knife. So good. Portion was really large too.
Quiche - delicious... So much so that the sauce on the bottom would have been great on the top or on the side.
Eggs/bacon - bacon was incredible and cooked perfectly. Eggs were ordered poached hard and were not, they were standard poached instead, and were good, but not as ordered.
Scone - raspberry walnut was amazing!
Took off one star for the extra wait time, but otherwise great!!
This is one of my absolute favorite breakfast/brunch spots in Traverse City! There food never disappoints. Make sure to get a homemade scone while you are there. Portions are large and absolutely amazing.
My first of ever review on Google. This place is a MUST in Traverse City. Beyond that, it’s worth to visit Traverse City just bc of this restaurant. We had tartare and brisket waffle and me and my friend were both amazed at how they can offer Michelin star quality and taste of food at such a low reasonable price. As a person who has been to more than 15 countries and has encountered almost every food in various countries, it was a very, very satisfying meal and service that I would definitely recommend !
Small, hidden gem, in Traverse City. Not that hidden, however, as it is always busy! Fresh food, and fresh ingredients combine to make this place our favorite breakfast/brunch spot in TC. Make reservations. The Bacon Burger, made with pork belly, is a salty/savory mess and it's wonderful (so are the other items we have tried). Recommend grabbing a cinnamon roll to-go also!
Look no further! We would have every meal here 😋. Risotto was creamy and Rich. Coffee was delicious. Fresh cherry juice, homemade Chai mix, pastries were fresh, salad fresh, homemade blueberry jam comes with the toast. Porridge gives you entree envy - soooo good. Thank you for sharing your amazing chef skills with us. We will return when coming back to TC!
My wife and I are visiting this is the first place we stopped for food. I can say hands down I don't think it can be topped. Food was amazing our waitress was the best. Overall amazing experience.
Breakfast was amazing. Stumbled upon this place on accident, and so happy we did. I had the risotto and my fiancé got the tostada and they were incredible! We both left with satisfied bellies and smiles on our faces 😊
