The food is always good. We love just about everything on the menu except the fish sandwich it's lacking a little flavor. The cheese curds are a must have if you like fried cheese. My Ruben the meat was plentiful and tender. The service was great everyone was pleasant and did a great job.

The restaurant was very busy on 10/13/23. The young man at the counter welcomed us with a great smile, took our order, thanked us for dining in! What a great attitude!

A little bit loud with an upscale, Urban feel.. service was good and the food came very quickly. In terms of mixed drinks, they only offer tequila and whiskey.
The menu was somewhat complicated for everyone at our table. We almost needed help de-cyphering the menu options... maybe easier the second time in.

We were looking for a nice, simple place to get lunch for the family before leaving Traverse City. Culver's is a great option for everyone to eat something they like.
We showed up with 10 people, so it took some time to find seating for everyone. It wasn't too hard to find or wait for seats near each other during the peak hours of lunch time.
With 10 people, we had a really big order.
I want to thank the cashier, Garrett for doing a fantastic job at taking our order and even helping us get everything we needed. He handled it perfectly! When our food came, all of it arrived together, without anything missing.
I did notice Garrett working hard afterwords, changing the ketchup, cleaning tables and even helping with the drive-thru customers. I appreciate his hard work.
The food was good and the whole experience was great.

The only reason service gets less is because the first time I went with my mom they forgot to give her mayo for her gluten free burger, the buns are known to be a little dry so she ended up having to use ranch which was not what she wanted. The second time we went they did forget to give her her coffee, we did stop and head back inside for that though as she needed something to warm her up. Apparently the girl that was bringing food out was new and didn’t know how to do it, but the older gentleman working was very kind and helpful and even put a cup under the coffee drip so my mom didn’t have to wait as long. It’s still a great place to eat, just double check that they didn’t forget anything.

Culver's is a fast food restaurant but you can order some comfort foods. The inside is very clean and kid friendly.

The person who took my order and brought me my food was great. His name is Logan Lambert. He was very nice, you could hear him very well, and he acted very professional. I haven't tried the food yet, but every other time I've went its been very tasty. Culvers, if you're reading this, I recommend giving this man a raise.
