Absolutely amazing dinner experience. Not only was the food unbelievably delicious, the service was next level. This is hands down our new favorite dining experience in TC. The small plate style (although the portions were large) of ordering 3-4 items to share, one at a time was great. Definitely do yourself a favor and make a reservation.

Service, food, atmosphere, everything was phenomenal. I can not wait to go back. We went for a birthday and they made it memorable. The menu included his name and everyone wished him a happy birthday. It was very special and just what we hoped for. Thank you!

Had a great time here, very interesting menu that changes often. I went with my husband, and the waitress told us for two people it was best to order 3-4 plates to share. We got three plates and drinks and it was TOO much. They do not skimp on the food at all. Though the plates are made for sharing, you get very big portions! We could hardly even start in our third plate. Everything is brought out one at a time. After you finish the first plate, they clean off the entire table, bring you new plates and utensils, and after a few minutes the next plate comes out. Scarily efficient. Nice atmosphere, a little bright, but clean and nice. The Kitchen is in full view for everyone to see what's going on. Staff is a well oiled machine working around each other. Having worked in a restaurant before years ago, it was insanely impressive to watch how orginized they were. I had 2 hang ups. First, was the insane amount of cilantro in every dish! One dish had cilantro and dill together. Two very very potent herbs. Lol, it was a bit over whelming at times. (and I like cilantro!) Second, to have bread and butter on the table cost $5. Now I'm sure that was some delicious bread, made from scratch. My hubby and I love to make bread at home, we know depending on the bread and rise, that's hours of work. But when going to a restaurant, most people are use to it being free. If not free, I would be fine spending $2-3 for some delicious bread and butter, at the most. Other than those very small things, it was a fun experience, with good food, and great people.

Best dining experience I've had in TC. Highly recommend the Kinilaw and the Larb (neither is pictured in this review.) Cocktails were all great too.

Absolutely amazing. Everything we had was out of this word good. Cocktails were also amazing - the white truffle martini is a must have. Service was excellent as was the atmosphere. Would go back in a heartbeat.

So amazingly awesome! Every single dish hit it out of the park! Jordan took care of us at bar and was most excellent! Every staff member in the worked as a team. You could tell from the moment you walked in. Atmosphere is great and I can bet you will not be disappointed!

Stopped in for just an appitizer and a drink and ended up staying for dinner. Fantastic, personal service and an extremely well versed and knowledgeable staff make Alliance a beautiful, tasty and wonderful experience. Menu is changed on a weekly basis depending on the chef and access to seasonal produce and is well thought out and deliciously designed. If you go with a significant other I recommend the bar so as to watch the open kitchen and as it is a small restaurant that fills fast. Alliance is an amazing culinary experience that should not be missed I'm Traverse City.

Everything is super fresh and it's a smart, globally influenced menu. Service was 5 star, very impressive considering how young some of their staff is. A must try!
