Had a fantastic taco and quesadilla dinner tonight at Farmhouse Tacos. AJ was one of the best servers we have had anywhere! I have a food allergy and she knew the details of the menu and preparation in the kitchen so well that I could truly enjoy the meal. Food was excellent - creative, perfectly prepared. Excellent value. Will definitely go there again and again.
My husband and I celebrated my birthday by going to farmhouse tacos this past Saturday. Being TR natives and having a love/hate view on all of the growth lately we were skeptical to say the least. I am happy to say we had a great time and the food was affordable and delicious! Dennis was a great server, very attentive to our needs and we never went without. They were very busy but that did not effect our experience or quality of the food. Thank you and keep it up, we will be back!

Finally made it over to TR & it did not disappoint! The roasted duck quesadilla were absolutely delicious! We will be back!!
The Chef saw us in the parking lot and greeted us! First class customer service.
Then, we went in a our server Brittany absolutely knocked it out of the park! She kept our glasses full, got our order fast and made sure we had all the chips we could eat!

AJ was our server, she made our experience here so much fun. We will be back and ask for her again. The manager April, came out to make sure our food was correct and hot. To see a manager come to a table to check our dinner, it was a nice touch. We enjoyed our experience at Farmhouse. Thank you, AJ!
It’s a cool place to go to, especially when the weather is nice. They’ll have all the doors open to the patio. Drinks and apps are pretty good, but the tacos are just average…I would expect them to be better since it’s a taco place?! 😅🤔
First time having lunch here. We had heard great things. Let's start with drinks. Berry mojito and a
Southern Margarita. The mojito rocked. And I normally don't like those. The margarita was just blah. It tasted watered down.
The food: The monster enchilada was super tasty. And those french fries were amazing. I would definitely order this a second time. The tacos were a avacado with black beans and then a brisket taco. The brisket taco was simply the best part of our meal. The best flavor. The black bean and avacado was good but could definitely use a little more flavor in the beans. Over all I enjoyed it. We would definitely go again to try more taco varieties.

Located on the main street of down town Travelersrest, this farmhouse taco bar and grill is an informal way to eat a large selection of different types of tacos. While you are waiting for a seat, play Cornhole outside. Enter into a relaxed atmosphere where shorts and a tee are totally acceptable. We ordered the chips and salsa to start out and ordered a few soft tacos. I ordered the buffalo chicken which was surprising full of lettuce, chives, blue cheese crumbles and a buffalo sauce on top. I really enjoyed it. I also ordered the sesame chicken taco, which was unique. It had a tampora like crispy outside topped in sesame seeds. There was a mild and sweet chili sauce wrapped in fresh red cabbage, green bell pepper slices and chives. I don't know if these were their strongest dishes. I do not know of the lunch menu differs from the dinner menu. There were no pictures of any of the tacos on the menu nor the board in the wall. It wasn't a horrible experience, it just personally, did not WOW me nor my dad who I went to lunch with.Also the tuna taco was seared perfectly. It was my dad's favorite taco.UPDATE 02-26-2022
Enjoyed the rancho salad. It is a full dinner size salad, with your choice of meats, shrimps and toppings. I enjoyed the balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing..
This place is a definite must try! The drinks, the food & the staff are all amazing!

My wife and I had great restaurant experience when we went. Everything tasted great and fresh. We both got different tacos to experience some of the many different tacos to choose from.
Everything I had was well prepared. Chips were warm and salsa well seasoned. I had the brisket burrito and thoroughly enjoyed it, the side of quasi with it was very good. And I highly recommend the grilled corn on the cob served with crema, that was the star of the show! Service was not exceptional but solid. Prices were very reasonable.
