I use the app to order food at this restaurant and everytime I wait for way to long. I dont understand how people who come after me o, the drive thru get their food first. It would be nice to get our food in a timely manner as if we were in the drive thru as well. McDonald's wants us to use the app you all should honor the customer's who do use it. This is kind of ridiculous.

They don't know what they are doing. They need alot more training before they deal with customers, did not give me the stuff I order after telling them several times,, will not go there ever again.
