Wendy's

My own experience. Hello this is a review from an honest costumer and also prior employee 17’ This facility is amazing. I gotta give credit to one manager that stuck up for the workers and the restaurant. Her name is Pam. She is a current manager at Wendy’s and I can say that my heart goes out to her. She’s always there when you need her. I hope she gets A MEGA raise. She puts up with so much from so many people. No to say she stands up for her staff. Talks to them and gets to know them. I’m more than honored to have her as a manager. And the knowledge and opportunity that came with it. That being said this is no personal review! Everytime I visit Wendy’s it’s always good. The Fries have been a little salty but that’s no biggie!!! I will always come back to this place. The people are always extremely nice and the staff always working 24/7 shout out to them and thank you for the service u provide every day.

Yea it's it's little more expensive than the other typical fast restaurants but you cant go wrong with Wendys. I do like this Wendy's on top of the hill and they always have friendly staff especially at night, I always love the weekend night crew there always full of energy and always get my food right. Keep up the good work everybody and shout out to the managers to.

Service with a smile! After a long day seeing patients, I was glad to have stopped by to get a little energy for the drive home. The manager needs to know that whoever was working the night shift on 3-16-2022 at this location, let me just say they were amazing! From the moment I placed my order at the drive-thru, to the gentleman at the first window, and the two young ladies who handed me my food and drink at the second window, I was in awe! My food was 🗣ON POINT, my order was correct with all the right items requested, and service was a delight! 😏 I almost drove back around for a frosty! Lol 😄 THANK YOU and Keep up the great work!!

Fast food is not my first choice, but if in a hurry, on the road, or making someone happy it's why it continues to be a success. Many thanks for these reasons to franchise owners and all of the employees who for the most part do a great job taking orders and giving customers their food within minutes. In one of these situations today, thanks to the Torrington Wendy's for the new cheddar bacon chicken sandwich with bacon jam and cheddar roll and fried onions. Kudos to the corporate team that creates new menu items. My grilled chicken sandwich with avocado and bacon is still delicious...not sure if it is on the menu...might have to ask for it driving thru... # We loved everything we ordered. Fresh, hot and tasty. The chicken avocado BLT sandwich is delicious. Love the muenster cheese on this item, too. Wendy's varies their ingredients and menu options more than the other big fast food chains. They also regularly have good deals on bigger purchases that include Whoppers, burgers, fries, nuggets and drinks. Wendy's doesn't charge more if ordering their shake as your drink option, but they do charge to add cheese to their Whopper. It's small but thick and creamy.

If I could give no stars I literally would. This place is trash! I went here on 05/26 at 830 at night just trying to get a 4 for 4 and instead I got a $5 dollar biggie bag with a completely different sandwich and was not at all made aware until I already paid for it and was handed the bag. When the manager came over he rudely argued with me and said “ well we don’t have the 4 for 4 anymore instead of apologizing for the error and fixing it. I was so annoyed and so hungry that I asked for my money back and went else where. I have been going to this Wendy’s for literally YEARS and never had a bad experience until tonight. Staff was rude, manager was rude and I waited forever. Definitely won’t be going back here
