Amazing, 30 minutes before close, at the drive thru, the girl tells me that she can't take any orders on her screen or thru the app. So, I ask if there is any other way she can take orders, and she says no. So, why not just shut down the entire drive thru and call it a night? Very frustrating and rather convenient, if you ask me.

Finally have accepted the tacos I grew up with have reached their ultimate low. Meat paste with the consistency of cream cheese and an undercooked shell. Nothing new looks appetizing and no fast food comes out looking like the photos but probably tastes like the photo paper.

I go to this Jack and the Box all the time and its always spotless the bathrooms are always super clean and the service is always super fast the staff are friendly and very nice
