Long John Silver's

I ordered a lot of food including extra biscuits. I spent like 65-70 dollars and when we got home we noticed they had forgotten the extra biscuits. We called and we were told that we were put on "a list" and could pick them up at our next visit as we live a bit far. When we went there next time I explained to the manager the situation and he would not honor their promise because I was not on his list. He told me it was the principle of the matter - which is hilarious because they essentially stole from me! I took my business elsewhere that day and spent in the 70s (we are a large family!) I have not been back since and every time I think of going back for the food, I remember how the manager acted and accused me and take my money elsewhere!!!!!
