Mcdonald's

This place has really turned around! There was a time where I wasn't sure and I know they were having staffing issues. But something's changed not sure what but it's much better. The last few times I've been here the orders been perfect. And the food's tasting better! Best price I've had for a while. Today I'm eating breakfast burrito and it's delicious as usual standardized you know. Good job guys and thank you Alexia! Very friendly!

The manager was yelling at customers when we walked in. She was very rude and unprofessional with what we heard. We opted to order at the kiosk to avoid her. When our food was ready, it was missing half the order, toy and milk from the happy meal, and no drink cups were offered. We had to ask for everything. Must have been a huge inconvenience for the manager as she slammed our drink cups on the counter when we asked for them. One of the younger men working there was trying hard to keep up with the mistakes of the orders, manager and the people in the back, but he sure looked defeated and miserable. We felt for him as it definitely was not a positive experience for him in what looked like his first job.The lobby was filthy, bathroom wasn't any better.

Please stay true to the hours you commit to be open. I drove home super late after looking at your hours. I was there 30 min before close. Sat in the line, drove up to the window. Several people inside. I know they saw me. At least have the decency to wave me on since I just got off a long road trip and wanted to eat before I went to bed.

This place never ceases to disappoint me. I can't count the other McDonald's restaurants we've been to around town and on trips out of town, and I've never had slower service than the hunter's ridge location. Tonight was the last straw. We put in a mobile order and sat in lane 4 for over 30 minutes. One employee attempted to give us someone else's food, then never returned. Finally went in and found out they never made our order. That same employee said "yea, he's been out there for a long time". I'm done!

Gave it a one because I could not give it a negative. They were cash only and wait to tell you right before you place your order. It took them over 10 minutes to take ONE order for ONE car in front of us. Didn't give us all our stuff. They got upset when I asked if they could fill my drink as it was almost half full, and he proceeded to dump ice into it. They used old burgers and pulled off the pickles that were asked to be left off.

This McDonald's is one you have to watch your orders. Ate inside & sandwich was dried out but the remake was good. Drink & condiment area was a mess.... lids laying around, out of catsup cups, drink spills all over & it wasn't cleaned during the 45 mins. we were there & not busy inside or drive thru.
