They gave us the wrong order.they gave us some one else spicy sandwiches that we couldn't eat if we wanted to.we order 3 basic sandwiches coming from the Walmart north.by time we got home and put up our stuff it was to last and way to far away to take them back.we even tried calling but no answer each of the 2 times. We paid a lot for some one else food.that was to spicy to eat..

Ordered delivery at 11:30 and didn’t get dropped off til 1. Was dropped off at a similarly named business (with a different address). Wouldn’t have even gotten my food if their front desk hasn’t called me to come walk 2 blocks to get it. There wasn’t even a straw for my drink! I called and the manager was nice but only said sorry and didn’t do anything else. Will not be ordering from this JJ’s again.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with Jimmy Johns.... hopefully it was just this location. Ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 were completely wrong, 3 1 had maybe 1 slice of meat in it, 2 were about an inch around (NOT joking) and we got an extra sandwich while we were missing a bag of chips. Save yourself time and find someplace else to eat.
PS Jimmy Johns- I'd be happy to submit this feedback via your portal.....if only it didn't throw me web configuration errors every time I tried, lol.

Bread was a bit dence, and they forgot some of the toppings, but overall food was good and fresh

Ordered last night using the app and the food never came nor was I given a refund. Tried calling the store after waiting almost an hour only to have nobody answer. If you want speedy fast like they advertise then good luck to you. You may never get your food and might spend $19.28 only to receive nothing in return.

I ordered through drive thru and took my sandwich back to work. Literally 3/4 of my sandwich wasn't covered with the bun? No way you can make a sandwich like that and not know it isn't right to do to the customer. How hard is it to just grab another bun and give a customer what they pay for? I'm done, no need to go back.
