It was nice and clean whent inside to order didn't take long.the bathroom was clean...had a unwich for the first time.. next will get cheese and mustard.

Orders were not placed or made the way the order was spoken even after it was repeated correctly before placing the order. Hair found on sandwiches. Multiple people standing around while only one person was taking both drive through orders and register orders. Over $20 for two sandwiches that weren’t exactly what I had wanted. They have really gone down in quality. I try to give alot of chances, but the last 4/5 orders the food was not made correctly to what was ordered. Paying extra for things that weren't added. Or things completely forgotten. Ordered bootlegger today (5/2) add bacon. Well the bacon was added, but they just had Turkey and bacon, didn't even put the roast beef. It is what it is i guess.

My experience at this location has caused my household to never eat at any of the chain's locations. We got food poisoning and management refused to replace our meals. Everyone who ate their food got food poisoning. No refund or replacement was offered and in fact they refused when we requested refund or replacement. Good bye Jimmy John's forever.

Freaky fast. More like Freaky slow. Took about 15 minutes to get my order of 2 little johns...that is because they were out of there standard french bread. Disapointed but not surprised anymore. The workers were nice and professional. Maybe new? I watched the kid make our sandwich and he looked like it was his first sandwich he has ever made at home or work. Atleast it looked like he cared but it shouldn't several minutes to apple mayo.

My last two delivery orders took about an hour to get to my house which is fairly close to the store.
I ordered today during my son‘s naptime and I just now got my sandwiches a full hour later.

I continually get really bad service and bad food here. I guess it's time to just stop going there. Such a shame because before I moved to Topeka I always loved their sandwiches in my home state of Colorado!

Food is good, just double check any pick up, drive thru or delivery order because it's been wrong every single time, multiple times. Lost a lot of spent money on wrong orders.
