The "shift lead" this morning was absolutely rude and apparently has had no training in customer service. Defiantly prefer the one on 29th and Wanamaker. I will be going there from now on. They are always super friendly and make it a point to make sure their customers leave happy, with a smile :) oh
They always get my orders right, the only downfall is that they often run out of seasonal items very quickly.
I wish I knew the young man’s name that was in charge of the drive thru line at this Starbucks the morning we stopped by, because he had the exact positive energy and enthusiasm we needed to lift our spirits and get us ready for the road! Shout out to him- he’s how every food industry worker & worke

As any other Starbucks that I have visited, the place here is inviting, cozy, small/not overwhelmed, and the service great... kind employees and orders served within a reasonable time. Whatever I order each time is delicious. In this one I love the wall. Great match of interior design for this place

We got the dogs a pup cup during their car ride. I refuse to buy over priced coffee.
I ordered online, waited 25 minutes to be told they were out of cold brew and then informed if I wanted a refund I would have to get in line and wait even longer. There are two other Starbucks in Topeka, choose one of the others instead.
