Texas Roadhouse

I love Roadhouse as usual and less then a mile away. Food was good but steak wasn't cooked long enough for my liking. Loaded cheese fries had definitely sat for awhile and no butter/sour cream for my loaded potato. 🤔 🤷‍♀️ My thought on the rolls is you should still get the rolls with your dinner that they give you even when you order a box of them. Why take those rolls away because we order a dozen? Several ppl here wanted rolls.

outstanding service from Matt. Excellent meal from the appetizers to the main course. Dinner rolls were also great. Matt was totally professional and has a great personalit. He kept our drinks full. My Uncle had the steak and shrimp. My girlfriend had the salmon, and I had the bone-in ribeye with a side of shrimp. The manager, Austi, came by our table (and others), to make sure everything was great! Joseph B.

It was going so well pick up ordering 2×.. Well I tried but you all keep messing up and we didn't even get the last coupon discount for giving out our whole paid waited an hour for order away. Now this! Its not even a whole steak (KC Strip medium?). This hurts. Y'all my favorite! I just can't keep giving you my coins and you are not giving me good products or service . I tip well always. I do understand all of it 3 times. Not again, you gave away wait again rush order no thank you 0 compensate 😶. Do it myself. You are good 😐not worth my coins and headache used to be a great break from cooking.

Asked for a "Three Finger Roy Rogers" and got it exactly how I used to make it. The Dallas filet medium well is a must try for those that love a good tender fillet. Server named Sidney was amazing and the pit boss cooked my steak to the perfect point where it brought back memories of the cook outs with my uncles and family. Was kinda busy but good service all around.

We got greeted & seated immediately. Food was their great consistent quality as for taste, but had a few issues on this visit. The hair in my salad curbed my appetite. They were out of the prime rib we ordered, but weren't told until after ordered, and the food took a bit of time to get to table. The server was kind, a bit absent, but pretty good. Overall staff was professional, clean, kind, and helpful.

So I had a not so good experience about a week or so ago. I called and spoke with a manager about it and she was super nice about the whole thing and seemed genuinely concerned. She replaced the food which I ordered and picked up tonight. And man. It had to of just been an off night when we first ordered because the food this time was absolutely exceptional. The steaks were cooked PERFECT. Everything that we ordered was phenomenal. Thank you for making it right Texas Roadhouse. You far exceeded my expectations.

We had Ian as our server! He gave us the best experience we have ever had at any restaurant. He was on top of things, was able to make small talk, and was able to navigate the menu with us and help us decide what was good for us. Like I said before we have never had service like his! He is really good at his job and would be the reason we come back again!
