Applebee's Grill & Bar

The pick up was pretty busy so the wait time was a little longer than normal. My family just got over being sick (as I know so have A LOT of other families have too since the holidays), so you have to keep in mind when they're busy, I know we all wanted comfort food that's why we choose Applebee's, and I'm sure half the town had the same idea we did, so I just want to say you're doing a great job Applebee's and thanks for keeping your doors open during these hard and scary times so we could take it easy! Your deserve 5 stars just for showing up, the friendly service and good food is just an added bonus!

My waitress, Cat, was hands down one of the best waitresses I have ever been served by. She kept our drinks full while still giving us the space our table needed to discuss important things. She was fast, courteous and did everything she could to make our experience a pleasant one. I will make sure to come back here again!

This Applebees isn’t what it used to be. I never understood why people would bash this business as of lately because from my memory they were pretty good when I was in high school. My latest visit confirmed the rumors were true. The service and the food quality have completely gone downhill. I’m not one to complain. I’m quite easy to please. But the food wasn’t even mediocre. And the service was sub par. Especially for spending nearly $60 for 2 people tonight I’m seriously displeased and I will not be coming back, which is unfortunate because I really used to like this place. Good luck.

I personally always have an amazing experience coming to this Applebee's it's always a nice warm welcome and amazing food great portions for the right price. And I always seem to have the most kind and funniest server! Amber is amazing and by far the best server there! Always on top of things and willing to do anything and everything in her power to make sure we have a remarkable experience! Management is also great! Chris is so funny and just happy to be there! Great job Tooele Applebee's!

It's really for the management then the staff. So busy, no help, dinner time. Heard something about 2 women on the grill. Now I'm not in the habit to tell customers that's the reason for poor service, man,woman, trans, undecided!! I don't care who's cooking. So if it's that bad. Management failed these 2 women/workers. The story could of just said 2 workers. Calling out that 2 women are on the grill. I'm sure they were doing the best with the skills and training they had. Bar tender was uniquely good with the level of service considering she had the entire bar and tables to serve. She was straight with folks and let them know she is alone, and it may be a minute. Acknowledged everyone!! Finally someone who gets what service is.

We went here on Saturday the 12 of February 2022. My wife and kids we all order drinks from Samantha. We get those no problem we order food no problem. Food comes out 20 minutes later everyone gets what they order. I order the bourbon street steak and potatoes they bring me out chicken and shrimp. I told her no that’s not what I ordered, she argues with me while the manger Mike takes that plate back to the kitchen, she continued to argue I said why would I order something I’m deathly allergic to. Well it’s what you ordered no it’s not I’ll just eat off my wife’s plate and to take it off my ticket. 15 minutes later the manager mike practically throws the steak at me and walks away don’t ask if I want any sauce don’t offer an apology. Comes back and proceeds to tell us that he do t like the way we talked to his staff. Ummm how did I talk to your staff I wasn’t belligerent I just said what I wanted to be done and that I’m allergic to shrimp and she was trying to force me to eat it until she looked at her notes. He than proceeds to tell us we are no longer welcome there and to leave and the food was comped. Made complaint to corporate they referred to franchisee the franchise owner don’t care. So if he don’t care than customers should stop supporting him.
