This was a great place to eat with my wife. It was located in the Mizpah Hotel. Very nice historical hotel.
The food was very delicious. The coffee was just right. The only downside is that the pancakes were non-fluffy and small for the $7 price. They did taste good though. Also, they charge you $3
Order dinner take out. Ordered the chicken fried chicken and Salmon dinners. The salmon was a little bland could have used some more spices for flavor. The mashed potatoes had the peel in it which I personally don't like. The chicken fried chicken was cooked satisfactory and had good flavor.
The food was delicious, perfectly cooked and didn't have to wait forever to eat. The salmon and veggies were great and the baked potato was giant. Very clean cafe inside the Mizpah Hotel. I got the country fried steak which was very delicious. Good quality coffee and my daughter had a pancake with bacon and hot chocolate all of which she liked. Great place for food and experience. Lovely environment and friendly staff. Food was phenomenal, my favorite are the stuffed tots. Fantastic.
It is hard to give details as I have been sitting waiting for over an hour, still no food. It is a charming, historic building. I just would not plan on a quick meal. A couple who arrived after us have just left without their food.
